Suddenly a few months ago, the staff at the Burger King in Muncy, PA (Target plaza) decided they would provide the best customer service of any fast food restaurant in the area. Go in, sit down and eat, and experience it for yourself. I would go so far as to say their service is better than most sit-down restaurants. Example: I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a few seconds later the guy making my sandwich (Benjamin) says to me; "you seem like the kind of guy who might like it extra spicy!?" And I was like: "you are correct!" The result was one of the most perfectly spicy chicken sandwiches I've ever had and he accomplished it just by adding extra sauce to the meat and coating it thoroughly. It seems like Benjamin has stumbled across the way this sandwich is supposed to be made. Too often consumer products are labeled spicy with the intention of providing a spicy product to the segment of people who like spicy food. Somewhere along the line the powers that be end up cooling off the heat because most people in a broad cross section of consumers don't like things so spicy, alienateing the group of people they set out to target in the first place. Thankfully people like Benjamin and in tune to what people want, and expect; based on what they order. Maybe he will be CEO of Burger King and bring back the Ch'king chicken sandwich with a really spicy version. We can only...
Read moreThe absolute worst customer service I have ever had at a fast food establishment. I stopped by on my lunch hour during a time period that was less than peek time (4:30). When we pulled in there were three cars in line. 10 minutes later we approached the ordering station. The kid on the other end confused himself on out order (which was two items) and ended up resetting his computer (another 5 minutes). I came around the corner and saw all of the cars that were in front of me lined up in front of the store. After another 5 minutes waiting for the worker to make it to the window I was told that my order would take another "couple of minutes". We had no choice but to leave after being in line 20+ minutes of my 30 minute lunchtime. I did not get my food. I had to work hungry, and I was late getting back. I would give them a pass except I've been there at other times and they are...
Read moreI placed my order on the kiosk, and the payment option never showed up. So, I had to place my entire order again with Autumn at the register. I ordered a #7 (bacon swiss chicken sandwich meal) for my boyfriend, and instead he got a #6 (fiery chicken sandwich). I also ordered a whopper sandwich for my daughter with no onions, no tomatoes, and no pickles and there was onions on it. There was even a note hand written by Autumn attached to her sandwich that said no onions, no tomatoes, and no pickles and they still screwed it up. I went up and told Autumn that she typed in for a number 6 fiery instead of a number 7 and she said nothing. She basically acted like I didn't even say anything and ignored me. No apology for messing up my order or anything. Talk about terrible service! They really need to talk to their employees about how to treat customers and how to do their...
