McDonald's — Restaurant in Mundelein

I was horribly disappointed with my order today. I drove through at 1:06 and ordered a #2 with ketchup & pickle only, that's what showed on my screen and my receipt. I remember reading the sign on the drive through window about customer satisfaction being their number one priority, and being pleased about the standard they're stating to their customers. Unfortunately when I got home, I had two cheeseburgers with mustard and onion only on them. I'm allergic to mustard. So the majority of my meal was wasted. I called into the store and spoke with the store manager. He asked me to return to the store to get a refund or my meal remade. I don't live near this resultant and it is not on my regular traveling route. After explaining this I requested either an Arch Card - Gift Card or check sent to me for the meal amount. He refused, stating I had to return to the restaurant to receive my refund. I explained, multiple times, that I do not live nearby and that it would cost more in gas than the refund. He insisted I return to the store.

So much for reaching customer...

Have been to this location 3 times. This is the closest McDonald's to my house. First time I went I noticed things on the screen were incorrect. I corrected the person and they told me they had fixed everything. I got home to find I had been charged and they included the items we didn't want as well (chicken sandwich with mayo that we specified we didn't want). Next time we order a large meal and they give us a medium fries... Not the biggest deal. Today we went and ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and were charged for 3 double cheeseburgers. All 3 were singles. We called and they told us to bring the food back you exchange... We didn't want to go back to get it replaced that day. We were fed up and wanted a credit for next visit. They said we had to come in with our mistaken good right away or no exchange refund or credit. Needless to say worst...

This visit to McDonald's was by far NOT the best. We placed our order in the drive through and we could not understand the person working there at all. When we got to the window they told us what our bill was. Right away my husband said, "There's no way. Something is wrong. That's not enough money. You have to have our order wrong. So the girl at the window retook our order." We paid, and we're told to pull up and wait. The food came out quick and hot after the problem ordering. However, we were shorted a Quarter Pounder with cheese and all the Quarter Pounders were to have EXTRA onions, but they all had NO onions. We asked for BBQ sauce and honey mustard for our chicken nuggets, but they gave us twelve BBQ sauces, and NO honey mustard. Also, they gave us NO napkins.
