Still away for lunch atleast.
Went to this location on my lunch break a couple times and each time had a awful experience. First the staff seems friendly, but under trained. Everytime I've been in for lunch the manager just seems to sits at the same table on her phone and doesn't help her employees no matter how busy it gets. The first bad experience I got a oven roasted chicken sub and the chicken was freezing cold. Not like room temperature cold, it was frozen cold and they toasted the sub. Was so bad I took one bite and throw it away. I made the mistake of going again for lunch, thinking it was just a one time thing. I was wrong. I ordered a steak wrap which it was the girls first day who waited on me and she wasn't sure how to make it. Which I completely understand, they guy who relieved her though just got in from outside with said manager from before(only time I've ever seen her leave that table she sits at). Who knows what they we're doing out there but he seemed high. I would have rather the new girl finish the wrap because he couldnt even roll it up it fell apart in the bag. I tired to salvage what I could but once again the meat was cold so I just throw it in the trash. My advice stay away by all means if you really want Subway take the extra time to go to...

Kid there was closing up as the location apparently Closed at 7pm...despite saying otherwise in app and on Google...app had my pick up time listed as 7:10pm, I arrived around 7:05pm... he said that mgmt told him to not to prep food for orders that come in after 7pm (order was placed on app at 6:52pm according to my confirmation e mail). This would have been fine, but I had already paid for food via the app... I asked if the order was cancelled... he said no, I questioned him further and he didn’t know what happens in this kind of situation and to call corporate for a refund (which, that’s not how you get refunds! And also the corporate number is exclusively automated- so there is no calling corporate if you are needing to talk to a human, you have to fill out a complaint form online). Just a crazy scenario. I’ve never paid for food and just not received it, no refund or credit towards a future order or anything. No offer to call a manager or when I’d be able to. Nothing. Visited this establishment today around 345pm I will never return and I can't believe the owner would not want to through away customers Anyway while ordering two workers both men wouldn't shut up long enough for.me to order, had to say what I wanted four.timea. Then while toasting my sandwich a herd of teens enter and start acting a fool, cut in front of me and got waited on by female( third subway employee ) no one did anything, then two steel valley school faculty.actually walk in and didn't even help get.the.kids out, in fact they encouraged the teens! The one faculty person was the man who ruined West mifflin cyber! Now.he obviously works at a s v. My point is why is everyone scared of these teens I push my way through the herd make them move and I have no problem with them. This is a powder keg , not for family dining !
