This location has been going downhill for a while now, but I've been blaming their gross negligence on COVID and being understaffed. Tonight was really just the last in a long line of straws breaking my camel's back. The last several orders I've had with them have been missing items, incorrect, cooked poorly, etc. I've been refused delivery even though a driver vehicle is there when I arrive to do a pickup and I live less than two miles from the location. (Yes, I know when I live that close pickup is always an option but if I want to pay more to be lazy that's my privilege as a customer and I don't want it withheld for no reason.)
But tonight the website was not taking orders for this location nor could I get anyone to answer the phone, most attempts automatically hanging up on me. When I finally got on the line I was on hold for what felt like forever (but was probably only 15-20 minutes) before I got fed up. I've been a loyal Domino's customer for a long time, but since I'm geo-locked out of selecting another location I think it'll be a long time before I can be their customer again.

Read moreOrdered the meal deal, first time both the cinnamon twist and garlic knots were raw and the pizza was cold and cut incorrectly along with no marinara sauce for the bread bites but it did have the icing. They refunded the order and resent it. SAME EXACT ISSUES. The only thing corrected was the temp. Still raw, not cooked long enough, bread bites are gooey on the inside, marinara for those bread bites still missing and was just told I have to pay for marinara (but I don't pay for icing?) All of these things I expressed and was very understanding and the manager whose name I can't remember, it starts with a B and it's a female. Said she was busy training and sometimes the trainees take food out too early. Raw food is a real concern and not okay. The inability to correct direct issues that were addressed is a lack of leadership or accountability. I've worked at plenty of pizza places and apparently this Dominos is the only place who doesn't quality check their delivers before they deliver. To think I tip 40% each time too. Ridiculous. Save your money and order from a shop who will actually take care of the order...
Read moreThey get a 1 star only because I can't give a 0. I tried to order for delivery about a month ago and 2 hours later there was still no pizza. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. We ordered from Pizza Hut & when the driver got here I sent the order back. I got a cert for the order I made. When I called tonight to make the order and use the cert I was told I couldn't use the cert for delivery. The cert says "If you do not live within a Domino's pizza delivery area, this certificate can be redeemed asacarryout order". When I talked to the GM he still refused to honor the cert for delivery. When I told him I was going to call corporate again the GM said "I'm so scared" and hung up on me. I called back to get his name and was told Dave Creasy (spelling?). I have called the franchise number and written corp but I may never use this store again or maybe even an Domino's again.
