this was the worst customer service experience I have probably ever had. To start. I already knew I was coming to the store a little late and when I arrived at the store, I decided to call and to make sure that they were still accepting orders since the lights were off. This was close to 10:50. The lady on the phone told me that although they did close soon that they were still accepting orders. I drove up to the speaker and ordered two large shakes. After I said the flavors and sizes I was very rudely told to pull forward. at the drive-through window, the worker named Allison grabbed my card and never said word to me besides the price. She was very rude and didnt even make eye contact. Not welcoming at all. Our order was also made wrong due to her not verifying our order or saying anything. A quick " I have 2 "blank blank" could have avoided that. It also took around 9 minutes for two shakes that were the same flavor. I have visited this Baskin-Robbins multiple times and it usually sometimes is on the later side and this has never been the case. Usually the lights are never off and the workers are still nice and welcoming. I have worked in customer service for over five years and this is unacceptable. This is not a way to treat customers. I understand trying to close the store and get home early, but you do not treat customers rudely just because you are ready to clock out. if you do not want to work your full shift, don't work there. I had ordered ice cream for my son, mother and self when it was time to pay I remembered that I needed to transfer money over to make the transaction. For some reason the Regions banking app kept having issues. (It wasn't allowing me to transfer funds. Maybe because it was on a Sunday, but i've never had that problem before) anyways. Another customer comes in, I tell him to go ahead of me while I'm still trying to transfer funds. It's taking a while for me to troubleshoot the Regions app. I decided to have my mother cash app me the funds so that I can do it that way. The man behind me said he would pay for my order and to not worry about that. I could've cried of happiness, joy, embarrassment and all of the above. I thanked him and let him know that I was so sorry for the inconvenience. The man said no problem, I'm the owner of this store. I really felt so blessed. I thanked him and felt so upset with myself because I couldn't get the money to transfer because of the app. Long story short, that was my first time going into that particular store.
