I parked at a Subway, and ordered through the app. For some reason, the app thought I wanted my sandwich from this Subway, as opposed to the one I was parked at. I ordered, paid and waited. When I went in to the Subway, I realized my mistake. They (on Greenland) were super nice. I left, had an amazing sandwich (from the Subway on Greenland) and because it was my mistake, didn't do anything about it. This Subway owner called me, 2 hours later, and told me my (not so hot anymore) sandwich was still ready for pickup. I explained I went to the wrong Subway, had them make a new one and paid for it. He asked what I wanted him to do and I said if he wanted to refund it that would be great, otherwise, he could just throw it away. He proceeded to yell at me that his wife had walked out twice to find me and that it was my fault. I told him he could stop raising his voice at me, I had already told him it was my fault. He yelled some more that he would not give a refund. I calmly explained that was fine but that he did not need to yell at me, that I would be reviewing based on my experience and hung up.
This has to be THE rudest Subway owner/employee I have ever spoken to and I will not return to this restaurant. I did not call and demand my money, or my food for that matter. Ordered through the app two beast sandwiches, picked them up, got them home and noticed that they were missing half the meat. No double cheese.
