Not impressed. I had better experiences and quality overseas in Spain. There was no fan or air inside here, not even a draft. Not recommended to dine in if you need any semblance of fresh air. It was cooler outside. I'm far from elderly but I almost passed out while dining in Tossed the food after about 5 bites. Good concept (similar to Chipotle, QDoba, etc other fast food places). Prices were a little more than anticipated. Paid $35 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks. Burritos were a little larger than the frozen ones and ingredients were not hot or even warm which was surprising. The positive is they accept cards, assembled to order, and a variety of ingredients. Service was not stellar or friendly. I had never been in the place before. It is quaint. You have to get your drink before ordering but by the time you sit down. Your bottle is sweating from the heat. The young lady assembling burritos was not friendly. Is that normal for thia town or area? Or maybe she was unhappy with serving people in the heat. I can see why the website says delivery or carry out. Might be a local fave for those who don't know about real authentic food. This is fast food slightly above fast...
Read moreI'm sharing my experience from this company catering to my job. On Fridays, they come down and serve burritos, taco salad & nachos. When I got there all the meats were gone except chicken and it really wasn't much. The lady filled my entire container with chips, gave me half a scoop of chicken and a scoop & a half of cheese. The toppings didn't even cover the chips at all. Then proceeds to tell the next guys that she only has enough for 1 more. U didn't even have enough for mine, so how? I checked my card after the fact and seen that she charged me $13 for this mess of a meal. If u don't have enough toppings for the food then why would it be full price? I'm going to call burrito factory later and definitely complain because this is ridiculous. The chips were tasty, just dry for the lack of...
Read moreA hidden gem! A healthy meal in a wrap! They make the tortilla in front of you. They place a ball of dough on a huge flattened and then place it on the grill to cook. Then you get the choice of rice, black or pinto beans, 5 kinds of meat, then the toppings like tomatoes, onions, lettuce, guacamole, queso, shredded cheese, corn, cilantro, pico, jalapeños, sour cream, and salsas. All fresh laid out in front of you so you can watch them make it. Then individually wrapped in aluminum foil so you can eat it there or take it with you. So yummy! They'll also make them wet, and have tacos, smothered nachos, chips and salsa, and much more! Sodas and beer and desserts! It's a small place but the owner has great personality and I love...
