Subway — Restaurant in Muskegon Charter Township

My siblings and I used this Subway to cater an event and they were awesome to work with! I was a little skeptical at first because when I called they didn’t seem to know much info about catering but a couple days later I got a call from someone who answered all of my questions. She was SO helpful! She gave suggestions when I asked and thought of every detail. We ended up having to change our order as more guests RSVPed than we had anticipated and they changed the order with no issues. Everything was exactly how we ordered it changes and all. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We even had help carrying everything out to our car. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this Subway location...

Went to subway last night at 8:30, although they were still open another hour and a half they were lacking in ingredients . The sandwich was ok but hardly any tomato and I got all that was left also I asked for herb and cheddar bread but was given plain bread. Two more people came in while I was there. If all they had for ingredients was out then the people behind my didn’t have choice of tomato along with several other things like onions and other ingredients that are normally out to choose from. I can understand if they were just minutes away from close but they still had 1 1/2...

Never can order on line and so never get any deals save a quarter helps but you didn't order on line ma'm so there's no discount. Did I not just say your website wouldn't let me check out! I did all the order and what went on them 4x over half hour I could have drove there and back 3x in that time.not the first or even 5th time it has happened so I'm done with subway. It's to bad too.
