Taco Bell — Restaurant in Muskegon Charter Township

I would love to know who was working the drive thru speaker tonight 7 pm 1/30/24 because I have some concerns. First off, I had cash so I couldn't order on the app, the girl on the speaker tried saying there wasn't a grilled cheese deluxe box on the menu when it's on the app. ? Doesn't even make sense if I ordered it off the app you guys would have made it for me. Second, she was VERY rude. I tried asking for no sour cream on the 5 layer burrito and she said "um it doesnt come with sour cream" UM maam I can tell you it does maybe don't work the window of a fast food place if you dont know the menu! Then, I said three times for my Chalupa to be plain and not supreme (no sc, no lettuce, no tom) and she could not for the life of her figure it out. She got the no lettuce and no sour cream, and they acted confused when I got up to the window and said it was no tomato like ? I said it three times, you can't listen and comprehend? This location is consistently the WORST and I wonder if they even have management worth anything that will check this review and actually do something about it. 0/10 this location, save your money or just starve...

Every single time I go here they completely trash my order just went today and they forgot half of my order... I order vegetarian style often and I always get meat put in food there on top of it.. Baja literally tastes like chemicals and I don’t think they ever change it out. I had an employee the other day give me a Baja I took a sip while I was waiting for my food because it took over 25 minutes in the drive-through and he asked me hey is that Baja gross and I said yes it’s disgusting and he offered me another one. I said, why would I want the same thing so he gave me a Sprite but honestly I’m just not gonna go to this location ever again I’ve gone to Coopersville location and it’s fine. I’ve gone to grand Haven location and it’s fine. I go to Muskegon on Apple and it’s great I just seriously don’t understand how they can mess this up every single time on top of the service being completely rude and over the top disgusting I don’t know how this place is still operating ive worked at a Taco Bell and I thought the standards we were held to were something every store had to but I guess it’s not needed to be professional and correctly...

We came late night after coming from michigan adventures since it was pretty close. There was a lot of people and we had a big group with us so we ordered a lot of food. The employee was so understanding since we were probably confusing them by shouting all at once and making her repeat the order many times to make sure she got it right. After thanking her for the patience, we did wait a while for a food. It took really long, but the workers apologized constantly and it was super sweet. When we finished we decided to get more nacho fries, they gave us extra again apologizing for the wait and maybe because they were closing soon. I could tell they didn’t rush to making the food because it was well presented and fresh and even the extra fries they gave us were fresh too. All in all good experience, not only was the food neat, but also the kind and compassionate workers. They must’ve not liking working late or have worked for a really long time, but I could tell they were making the best of it! Now next time i now which Taco Bell to go to after a long day from michigan...
