Management came out the back door today 8/4/19 to call my partner and I a racial slur because he asked if they can mix shake flavors and the manager said no. He said to me "they suck" while I was looking to see what I wanted. When I went to order the cashier proceeded to insult us then the cashier came out the back door to further verbally assault us. Following her was the manager and 3 other employees. After the cashier insulted us over the speaker and walked to our car (which was both insulting and intimidating) we informed her we couldn't leave the drive thru because its single lanes bricked in. The cashier proceeded to ask the patrons behind us to back up telling these customers further insults about us(my cousin was behind us it's all recorded) but after being called a racial slur by the manager my partner was livid returned insult but not racial slurs(again all recorded by 3 different phones) This was provoked mind you and my mother and our best friend were in front and behind us in the single lane opened drive thru around approx 235pm so this was both insulting and embarrassing. We are already in contact with a lawyer and the lawyer is happy for an easy slander/defamation lawsuit. If the owners see this review before I call I insist you terminate the 2 main offenders of this unexcusuable offense or deal with a lawsuit. I see you're active in replies and I like checker burgers so I don't want to take this that far but both my partner and I will be damned before we let this sort of treatment from any business fly. Read moreI want to preface this by saying, I never leave negative reviews on anything because I know people have bad days and we are all human. But today was the worst service I have received in a very long time. The AI ordering system glitched while we were ordering and didn’t take half our order. No big deal. So we went to the window to make sure the rest got ordered. The manager (I assume that’s who it was) was horrible to the lady working the window- and not very kind to her customers since we could hear everything going on. Then we checked our food and they still forgot half of the food that was added to the order (even though we paid for it) So we went back through the drive through line- (6 cars deep but we waited) and by the this time-2 other young women were working the window-both of whom we saw come in from their breaks- and we told them the food was forgotten and we needed the rest of our order. Not sure if they just didn’t pay attention, or were just too high from their break,as they smelled like weed, but they still then forgot part of the order and we had to tell them again. Read moreWe had a group of 8 coming all in the same van trying to get food. We were told the walk up window was closed. The drawer was already out. Asked if we could order through the other window that she kept talking to us through as we all needed to pay separately, she said no and that the drive-thru was the only option. We asked if we could walk through the drive-thru so we could do separate orders, she said no. We clarified that we were all in a van together and asked if she was fine with us doing individual orders from the same van, she said that was fine. We waited for 5 cars ahead of us in the drive and then tried to order and they acted mad that we had 7 orders and wouldn’t take ours. There was still half an hour before they closed so there was plenty of time. We left and ended up finding a great Taco Bell nearby that helped us get something to eat instead.
