Mr Quick Drive Thru — Restaurant in Muskegon

Recently moved to Michigan. I've heard so much great stuff about Mr quick I was so excited to go and order some food from the restaurant. Soon as me and my husband walked in the place was very clean looked like a great place to dine in . We walked up to the counter and a young lady asked to take our order so my husband began scanning the menu and asked the woman to give him a minute immediately the young woman began to look at my husband with a very disrespectful rude look steering at him in his eyes shaking her head I was so upset the way we were treated the way she looked at my husband as this crazy look I felt very uncomfortable never EVER will I come back here we ended up leaving without even being able to try out any food .. never in my entire life have I ever experienced something like this . This puts a very bad bad reputation for this business.. thumbs down for me I was so uncomfortable shame !!! We ended up going to a different Mr quick location and the food was amazing and the workers we're very welcoming. I was going to report such behavior but I felt maybe she was having a bad day but still very inexcusable to dirty look your customers roll your eyes and shake your head...

The burger and fries were ok. The staff at the drive through was terrible. I asked for extra ketchup because nobody ever gives me enough. I like fries with my ketchup. 😁 She stated, "I put a handful in your bag." When I asked her how many she considered a handful to be because most people claim four to be a handful, she became extremely snotty and stated, "There's enough! I put a whole handful in your bag!" Then she angrily gave me six packets and said, "You don't need more! I put a whole handful in your bag!" After I drove away I discovered that her idea of a whole handful was 3 packets. i won't return to the Laketon Avenue Mr. Quick. Later that day I went to the Apple Avenue Mr. Quick and got a deep fried cherry pie. First and foremost, the staff at All of the Mr. Quick restaurants are super nice, fun and as efficient as their job allows. I gave the food two stars because burgers should be and used to be better. Burgers especially the singles are the worst, think school cafeteria. Doubles are somewhat edible. The mushroom and swiss burger is salty. Mr. Quicks has been around a long time and the burgers were once amazing. Breakfast is ok. Dont order anything with sausage gravy. The shakes are good, they have about the best peanut butter one around. The ice tea is amazing, tastes clean and fresh. The seasoned fries with sour cream are a must when visiting.
