Horrible. I live in Market Common and come here often. I placed my order on the website because it was just easier and I was in a time crunch. I waited in line for 6 minutes in the drive thru. No one noticed. I called nobody answered. I have placed orders previously and always have service. After waiting 6 minutes, I walked inside. To clarify I was not going to write a bad review but then I got home to my food. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR OR ORDERED. I asked for the tomatoes, lettuce and ranch on the side, so that in transit it would not become soggy. I paid for the Chicken Ranch Philly because I wanted the bacon on it. NOTHING. disgusting. What is the point of ordering for extra and paying for bacon on sub if you’re not going to receive your order correct. Sloppy. Disgusting. Hire employees that WORK. I called while I was in the drive thru. No one answered. Saw one person literally outside smoking at the trash cans while in the drive thru. I want my money back. I will NEVER ever visit this store ever again. Disgusting. I wish I could personally speak with the owner and.or manager. That is disgusting behavior and terrible customer service. Management: Food is great, I normally order online. Last 3-4 times I’ve went into this location. Food is great. However, staff needs training, and it’s not that they are bad at making the food it’s like no one has a set station. There’s people walking back and forth from the meat slicer to the drive thru window. Having to pass bread back and forth to each other to put spreads on and then back to the same person to put meat on. When you finally get thru the line it’s like no one has ownership up the cash register and the line gets backs up. Some of the employees look and then whisper back and forth like “oh, there’s a customer that wants to pay”. Yesterday wasn’t even that busy and I waited ready to pay maybe 5-10min before one of them walked over to check me out. Maybe everyone, and I mean everybody is new, I’m not sure but definitely need to fix the process. Other than that,...

Absolutely ridiculous service! The problem here is the unwilling, untrained, lackadaisical, lazy, no work ethic, inhospitable, rude, inconsiderate, obnoxious, staff. Come on Jersey Mikes , you can hire better staff than this. The food is also lousy of course. The Philly Cheese Streak was made like a flat sandwich, not like a sub. “Famous” Really? Horrible Will not be back! So many neighbors are complaining about this Farrow Pkwy dump. Everyone was so excited to have a Jersey Mikes opening so close by. And now this dump. Many are complaining to the corporate office and hopefully management will clean house or just close. Such a shame that one branch can ruin it...
