Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Some of the WORST customer service I've encountered. First the delivery man obviously dropped the pizza and instead of calling to let us know what happened he chose to take his tip and hand is this half crushed pizza....after 45 minutes. To make things better, one we haven't eaten all day so we're QUITE hungry. We tell the manager about the situation and he sends us another pizza knowing we've eaten some. A new delivery guy comes with a very sour attitude. He refused to take the pizza back and proceeds to argue with us about the pizza saying it wasn't dropped. He refused to leave until we called the store and talked to the manager once again after which the delivery man angrily leaves. Overall, terrible customer service and I won't be ordering from THIS...

Tell you about my experience ?! Oh...im gonna!

After a long day of working tirelessly my stomach exploded with a growl that could be heard a mile away. I needed to quench hunger! The employees at this particular pizza hut went above and beyond anything I've experienced before. From their professionalism to their report building their execution was flawless. They restored my faith in religion and taught me I can be happy again. Thank you so much guy with awesome beard for your knowledge of hot sauce and thank you part time pizza hut employee and full time teacher of children! You guys have all my praise and deserve a key to the city! God bless you and God...

Apparently I forgot about my old review, or the delivery defaults from here. This place gave me raging diarrhea. For the sake of your colon, dignity, and pants, don't eat here!

I won't be coming back here. I advise going to the one on North St or South St. The pizza always tastes a bit off. Last time I went, the guy that served us our pizza had the most disgusting fingernails I've ever seen. It looked like every nail had a fungal infection...
