Homer Bryce Stadium — Attraction in Nacogdoches

Great huge stadium. It is so big I could not see from the top so I came down closer to watch the game. Most of the staff was kind and friendly and it was an easy check in process after my parents got a ticket for their passes. Here is the complaint. I went to college at SFA and I know for a fact there is not enough parking on campus. Same goes for the home side for football games. Also, one set of restrooms each for a stadium that size?!? You have more concession than restrooms!...

The field looks all bright purple and white, shiny & new. This makes the rest of the stadium look tired & neglected. Concrete part of bleachers needs repainting, grassy area on sides of "bowl" should look nice & green for opening of football season not dead & brown. Too much time, $, & attention spent on artificial field? Storage pods on North end of track makes the stadium look cluttered and dirty. And only 1 concession stand open. Good news is...

Went to the game. SFA soundly defeated Northwestern. The stadium is a really good facility. They added turf several years ago. Great place for a game.we there today to watch SFA derailed the team from Sul Ross 71-0. Played 8 min qtrs the second half. There were some updates to the stadium since SFA joined the Univ. Of Texas Education system. Big plans lots...
