NacBurger — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Huge letdown. We had heard that the burgers were a little expensive, but we'd heard pretty good things so we thought they must be really high quality and worth the money. The burgers ended up being decent tasting, but we spent $30 on 2 burgers, one order of onions rings, one set of fries, and 2 fountain drinks, and I felt like we were eating burgers from a gas station. Cheap, squished buns with cheap veggies & ingredients that were truck stop quality. The fries were soggy and burnt. The onion rings looked amazing but the batter wasn't seasoned AT ALL and the only flavor I could detect was old, stale grease so I couldn't even eat more than one. Overall, the price is way too high for what you get. I'll stick to the Liberty Bell if I want to splurge...

I called. Was on 7 second hold. Greeted with pleasant voice. Placed an order for 1 burger. (There's not a lot of time on lunch break) I was behind 2 ppl placing orders. About 9 minutes after my call I was paying. I asked if there's ketchup near drink stand. I got a smile, and "it's back here, may I get u salt and pepper too?" The place was pretty full. About 1:10pm. I gave 2$ and all the coins back since she was so nice. She didn't make it awkward by rejecting the tip. After 9 to 10 years mainly full time in food industry i make it a point to always tip and always put in a review!! 😍😍😍😍😍 I don't come often, I live across town. This place is awesome. Their have a variety of items on the menu and the always have a large pot of seasoned pinto beans that you are welcome to eat some free of charge while your order is being prepared. I am the type person who generally orders what I like and don't often change up and try many new things, so I always order their patty melt and it never disappoints. The restaurant is usually clean and often busy and the staff are top notch. In all the times I have chosen to eat from NacBurger, no matter take-out or eat-in, they have never gotten any order I made incorrect.
