Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Nahunta

Id give it ZERO stars if i could! i DO NOT recommend this place especially if you're in a hurry! Fast food!? Not so fast! We sat in the drive-thru for twenty minutes with only two cars away from the window! I ordered a chicken figure basket with fries and a strawberry sundae for my daughter! After waiting forever, we finally pulled up to the window and the guy just handed a BOX out the window with napkins and a straw! The wind was blowing, so of course the napkins went everywhere and my straw fell on the ground! I asked if they was out of bags or something and he caught an attitude and said no they don't use a bag if it's only one box...? Okkkkkay.... never heard of that before... so i informed him that maybe they should use them because my napkins wouldn't have went everywhere and my straw wouldn't have fell on the ground!! The food was COLD and chicken was HARD my daughter couldn't even eat it, from it being so hard! There was also a small worm in her strawberry sundae! A WORM!! Not a good experience! AT ALL! Definitely will NOT be eating...

Absolutely the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Showed up to the drive through to grab a quick bite. 2 people in front of me and still sat there for an hour and finally found out why. Pulled up to the window to pay and get my food and only one guy was working. 2 others where leaned against the window in the working man’s way and more where just chilling at tables inside and an older employee was throwing things from behind the counter at the employees at the table while the working man was getting all the orders ready. I waited and hour for chicken tenders because only one man was doing his job. I made sure to voice my opinion to him and recommended for him to find a better workplace. He deserves better co workers. And I’ll be sure to contact corporate to make sure everyone of those sad sack loses their jobs. What a damn shame all you have to do is make food yet they all stand around making 13 an hour to...

It took 3 tries and 4 different employees to get my order correct. It was not crowded, there were plenty of associates working. The cashier didn't ring the order correctly. The order was the $5 lunch- 3 chicken strips and the sundae, hot fudge. The order they tried to give me was some sort of wrap, wrong. I was given my sundae, which I ate so it wouldn't melt. Second order- the wraps again. The third order was correct. There were no customers in front of me, the stop took me 40 minutes. I had to take the order to go, as they used up a lot of my travel time. I now just stop someplace else, shame because I enjoy that...
