I emailed on Banditos website, no response to my complaint. Here is a copy of what I sent to them: Good afternoon, I wanted to share my experience with you before going to do any google review or trip advisor review. I am a regular customer of yours, your food is very good, you guys are close to my work, so its convenient for me to get my lunch there. This last trip, I had multiple orders, as gals from work when they hear I am headed your way, they usually add to my order. I went in placed my orders, 1 order 2 tacos - 2nd order Fajita Gyro with side of chips and salsa and 3rd order Special Fajita. You guys made my order quickly, thank you for that. However you forgot to give me one of my orders. Keep in mind I only have a 30 minute lunch, so I had to rush back to work. When I arrived back to work, I was getting ready to hand my co worker her lunch, it was not there. I called to advise, I did not get an order, there was no apology or empathy, you just stated it was there when I wanted to come get it. It was inconvenient for me to have to drive back to get it, I did not have time. I asked if I could be refunded, I was told I had to physically go in the store to be refunded. Does not sound like you understood that I was being inconvenienced by having to go back. I was asked to call back at 1PM to get refunded, I said ok, I had no other choice at the time. I was able to convince another co worker to go during her lunch to pick up this order for me. When she arrived, she tells me she got attitude from who ever helped her, asking if she had already got the chips and salsa. I had already received my chips and salsa is true. Seriously though, you couldn't just remake the whole order for her and not sit and argue with her about chips and salsa. This experience has left a bad taste, not just for me, but now for my 2 other fellow co workers who were somewhat involved due to you rushing me to check out in the first place. If I was not rushed to check out, then the whole issue could have been avoided. I am asking you please teach your employees to show some empathy for these situations, at minimum an apology. I appreciate your time. I will have to search for other lunch options since my business is not truly appreciated at...

Working on the order ahead of us, it took both of the ladies to make his food. We were waiting in line for about 10 minutes, when checking the gentleman out, they were making conversation with him. When it came to working on our order the young woman started 1 plate at a time, not asking for preferences, turns her back and begins preparing the food. The energy we felt was like we were a bother. Maybe because they were 30 minutes from closing(?) My sister didnāt even want to order at this point.
When another customer came in, the young woman was super friendly and welcomed him in, and another male customer came in shortly after - same friendly attitude.
My only complaint is the customer service seemingly towards my family. Thatās why Iām giving 4/5 āļøās Iāve been here once before and the service was excellent. The food is definitely great, and the place is very clean. Iām impressed by the maintinence of the fish tank and hopefully next time we come in we can get treated just like all the other...

I go into this establishment and will continue to go into this establishment. but, I will say that it's pretty exhausting having to tell the first person what meat I want and it's to stay, the second person what meat I want and it's to stay and the person at the register what I got and that it's to stay. I understand you have free side sauces but they're to hot for my taste buds and the little cups don't even hold enough sauce to finish your burritos.
