12/02/24 response to 208 owner: We purchased the tree this last summer. It was packed in the original box (easily stored vs. ripping open), and we didn't open it, as we trusted the description from the 208 Outlet... Shame on us for blindly accepting the 208s description! The 208s deceptive label cost me an additional $50+ for a 125ft. light string (big tree, and still not close to the beauty of an actual pre-lit tree, as wires are evedent, and lights only on perimeter of the tree - absolutely not what we thought we purchased). Whether or not you call that "slipping through the cracks", I call it a rip-off! For those that are reading this now, do not take the 208 at face value and check everything, either before you buy or immediately upon getting your purchase home. There's an old adage that I usually follow, but didn't in this case... "Trust but verify"... I didn't verify, but you absolutely should if you plan to buy anything from the 208 Outlet! Original review: Bought a 9' National Tree Company "pre-lit" Christmas tree from the 208 Outlet (See attached paper tag). However, as you can see from the 2nd picture, the tree itself has zero lights. Very deceptive label from the 208... Check everything from this place, as they're either incompetent or crooked... Perhaps both!

We bought a $75.00 mystery box and got totally ripped off. There is no way the contents of this box are even worth the $75.00 we paid. It was diet coke, wooden kids puzzles, slime, paper plates, and a cloth patio cover. We will never do this again. There was a rocking chair that we would have bought if it weren't damaged. Buyer beware at this place.

Took my husband here for the first time and he was lucky to win the $250 gift card. This was our haul AND still have money left over! Great prices and great employees and every week new items come in. Definitely going to try to make this a weekly visit!
