I've walked in an ordered here and the food and service were good, but I've also had a horrible experience placing an online order. Apparently reading instructions is harder than listening to verbal instructions. After I realized that the order was wrong, I called to let them know and their response was beyond rude.
I've had a fair share of experiences eating out and orders are bound to get messed up sometimes because we are all human and mistakes happen. It's how you handle your customer service skills when you receive a complaint. Showing empathy in the situation, no matter what your honest feelings are, can go far. When someone lets you know that their order was wrong, go above and beyond and make it right by remaking the item or offering a complimentary item without an attitude.
If you are spending your hard working money at any business and ordering a product or service you should get what you are paying for and not have someone give you a condescending attitude because they made a mistake and messed up your order.
The recommendations that I would have for the employees at this location is to slow down and read the orders thoroughly and completely prior to making the order and then assemble the order as you read it to ensure everything is correct. If that doesn't help you may need some reading comprehension classes. Secondly, work on your customer service skills by being empathetic and sincere. Handle customer complaints in a way that you would want your complaint to be handled if you were in the...
Read moreThe girl working Super Bowl Sunday at 5:03pm is probably one of the rudest customs service employees I’ve encountered to this day .. that’s saying ALOT. Now this isn’t my first rude encounter with said employee but the first 2 times I thought maybe she was having a bad day. She greets you with a frown , and when asking her questions she visibly is annoyed and isn’t afraid to let you know. She really shouldn’t be working as she visibly hates her job that much and she also is not in the front of the restaurant and makes you ring a bell more than once before she will come out. I won’t be coming back to this establish because of this employee and how she makes me feel ( a paying customer ) when I leave … I’ve witnessed her treat so many others poorly and wouldn’t be surprised if they choose to...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced in a Subway. My coworkers had told me how bad it was, and I didn't take them at their word. Walk in the door, 3 employees working, no one in line and it took them 5 minutes before acknowledging I walked in. Finally get acknowledged, repeat my order 3 times before she even grabs the bread (turkey, bacon, on white) then customers walk in after me with an expired coupon, and the lady acted as if she was trying to use fake cash (the lady was older, probably an understandable mistake). From the perspective I was in, you have a team issue, seems like none of them in there can stand eachother. I was shocked. This branch needs some serious work, especially since there's a different subway a half mile...
