Slicks Bar — Restaurant in Nampa

Love this place. I go visit when ever I am in that part of town. Great vibe, low cost drinks, and the people watching is epic.

Was in last night with the wife after picking up something close by. We had a couple drinks and sat on the patio. Super chill evening. We were just back in to Meridian when I got a message from the Bartender Shay on Facebook letting us know that my wife had left her wallet on a bench out front. It was found by another customer. He tracked me down from my name on on my credit card! We went back and her wallet was intact. Way to go above and beyond Shay. Thank you. We would have been freaking out.

This speaks volumes about the quality of employees and customers at Slick's.

By far one of the best bars in idaho. The staff is always so courteous, fun, friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. They are honest and humble. The prices are good and the atmosphere is as it should be. It's a great reflection of Idaho both in terms of stature and faculty. Depending on the day, determines what sort of events or specials they have going on. I highly recommend coming in a Sunday to take advantage of their bloody mary bar. They make you feel welcome regardless of who you are or where you come from. They also won't forget your face if you've came around more than once, regardless of the time in between visits. Been here a few times with the most recent being last night and the staff here is great, both of the bartenders that were here are cool dudes! The people that come here are quiet chill as well. This is right now the only bar in Nampa worth going to & highly recommend checking out when your in the area & if your pro military, pro freedom, pro 2nd amendment or pro American this especially is a great place to hang out and have a few drink and socialize. While this may not be a big bar its still a fun place in addition to drinks and socializing its a fun place to play a few darts and they even have a DJ on the weekends.
