Adella and her team are THE BEST! I am not a foofy drink person. I am out of my element when I go to a coffee house like Dutch or Starbucks etc. I found The Thirsty Shack when she had her trailer and went basic with a frozen strawberry lemonade with strawberry popping bobba. After a few of these Adella insisted I try to up my pallet. I shared that I DO NOT like raspberries or Peach flavors and other than that I am game. OH MY WORD! Every time I stop in she makes a new creation for me and I have NEVER been Disappointed! I bring my daughter with me that likes chocolate with tapioca pearls and Adella helped her refine her favorite drink. DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED by not knowing what to order. Let her team know your flavor preferences and she will create a drink that you can't live without! If you are in the mood for popping boba aka bubble tea here in Nampa, DO NOT stop at the place on 12th! DO NOT stop at the teriyaki that is happy. Their drinks are basic and boring. A Crepe Lovers' Paradise

As a newcomer to Nampa Idaho, I was on a quest to find the perfect spot for crepes, especially since I started a long-distance relationship with my boyfriend from Vancouver, WA, in August 2023. He had mentioned how much he adored crepes, so I was determined to impress him during his first visit.

Then I found Thirsty Shack. The moment we walked in, we were excited to try their menu. The menu was bursting with a variety of crepe options and drinks, making it tough to choose just one! We finally settled on a few different flavors to share and oh my, were we in for a treat! Each crepe was expertly crafted, and delightful flavors that left us craving more.

Since that first date, my boyfriend has been making the trip to visit me once a month. We've made it a cherished tradition to return to Thirsty Shack every time he's here. It’s not just about the amazing crepes; it’s the memories we create together that make each visit special.

I ordered a kiwi strawberry fruit tea with popping boba. This place has a fully customizable drink menu so you can do a base of milk tea, redbull, lemonade, coffee, or fruit tea; something that I did not get from the menu, but was explained to me when I arrived at the front. I'm not sure what kind of tea was the base of my drink because I did not see it on the menu, but I'm assuming it was a black/green tea. With that being said, my drink definitely didn't have any tea flavor - it tasted like juice mainly. I think if they would like to focus more on the bubble tea aspect they could do a sweetness scale of 25%-100%. Also, listing what flavor the popping boba would be good too. The lady making drinks did ask if my drink was too sweet when I got it, but they were getting busy so I didn't want to slow her down.
