McDonald's — Restaurant in Naperville

McDonalds usually has the reputation of being the chief player in the fast food industry, but this particular one does not live up to that reputation. After years of coming to this restaurant, I've seen it all. From employees and managers yelling at customers or each other, to parties going on in the parking lot. The service is atrociously slow (as many other reviews have also pointed out), I've received incorrect orders as much as I've received correct ones, and almost every time I order any size french fries, they're dumped in the bag loose with not even enough to fill the container they were suppose to be in. With uber now delivering for them, I can only see more problems as you will have to go through uber as well as McDonalds should an issue arise. Not to mention, your food is cold by the time you get it unless you live across the street from the place. The change of management in the past year has also damaged the already poor quality of service that was already an issue. Since the change, I've experienced and in my time of eating at the store, was witness to an extremely high number of issues which seem to never be corrected. There is a need for many changes inside this particular mcdonalds which unfortunately, seems to be going in the wrong direction for a number of years now with no signs of change.

Pros: cheap public restrooms (which are sometimes clean)

Cons: the food isn't always up to par with terms to quality or even cooking standards. I've seen numerous people complain about undercooked burgers, and have had a few myself even. the bathrooms are a dice roll when it comes to if they are clean or not. the crew are impolite and managers can be patronizing when bringing up an issue with them. some of the managers seem to enjoy yelling at employees right in front of customers which tends to make the experience feel a little ... hostile. they recently removed the bike rack that was at the store so now the front door is littered with bikes or inside the store, which causes an accessibility issue when they block the doorways.

Overall: If you have time to kill and a craving for a burger, there is a burger King across the street which provides equally cheap food without all the negative aspects that this mcdonalds brings to the table. This is not a very friendly restaurant and it does not live up the the standards that it should. It will require a lot of improvement to receive my business again, and anyone should be careful about their own experiences here

If I may make a menu recommendation: -stay away from the expensive chicken sandwiches -stay away from the egg sandwiches during the transition from breakfast to lunch -avoid the smoothies and in general McCafe drinks if you can help it -always ask for fresh coffee else risk getting multiple hours old coffee -the fish, mcchicken, and quarter pounder burgers are your best bet to avoid any digestive issues over the next few days (from my experience with their food)

At this time, I would like to express my concerns with your McDonald's located on S Naper Blvd in Naperville, IL. My daughter came to that location at around 10pm or so. She was told at the door that they were understaffed and wasn't going to allow anyone in. So she turned around and told her friends that there weren't letting anyone in. Before she was in the car, a young man wearing glasses allowed a group of Caucasians into the door. So my daughter, who happens to be black and her friends are all white, waited. The group never came out. Then they opened the door for another Caucasian woman and her dog, for which the dog was later identified as not being a service dog. My daughter was humiliated and hurt. So I called the location the following morning. I spoke with Ava. Ava never asked me for my number. She simply told me that she would speak to a manager and for me to call back. I called back about a week or so later. I was told that it was Jennifer that I spoke with. "Jennifer" was upset about the experience that I received and told me that the group of Caucasians that were in there were part of a large group that was all ready in the restaurant. LIE. The group in the restaurant were Asian. The kids that came in drove up in their own car and not part of the bused group of Asians in the lobby. "Jennifer" did not want me to call corporate. She stated that my daughter and her friends could come back and have meals on them. I then asked her did they have MINION deck of cards because no one seemed to have them. She stated that they didn't but there were some in the display and one in her office. She told me that I could have the display once the MINIONS were done. She also stated that she was going to place the deck of cards in the file cabinet and let her staff know that if I came by to get them, they would be there. I called a week later to make sure what she stated was valid. They stated yes and there was no expiration of getting the meals as we do not eat dinner there frequently. This was about a month or so ago. Today when I go, no one knows anything. They stated that "Jennifer" no longer worked there. That she just never showed up again. They stated that there were no minion toys nor a deck of cards in the file cabinet. And to fix my daughters humiliation, all the promises were trickled down to one free meal and amnesia. Oh yeah, mind you, they all remember the incident, they just don't remember the promises. For McDonald's to choose to allow a mutt in the facilities and turn away a HUMAN BEING is ludicrous. It is absurd. And it is disturbing that no one was fired. Nor did we receive an update as we were promised all of these things to keep from contacting corporate. My daughter felt some justification that the manager felt some sense of sympathy. But now that everyone has amnesia, it is like dealing with this...

Address 75th and naper Blvd in market place plaza went for Breakfast had a bad experience ,terrible service employee was rude. my food because I didn't order on kias my food eggs look like they clean the floors then gave it to me evil. gave me a biscuit that was left over old look dirty. These employees not good to eat there they tamper with your food when they don't like you now they should have to be careful where you eat. Employee tried to give me money for a coffee that I didn't even pay for, I paid for one coffee and I told them is this my order cause this got 2 coffees I only order 1 coffee and already they were ready to give me money out of the register ,when I only purchased 1 coffee. Why would you want to give me a refund on a coffee that I didn't purchase? I had to bring it up to them to tell them. I don't want no money that don't belong to me. I'm just asking a question, is this my order? The bag was greasy. It looked like it was an old bag that they had of something that they threw out,and that they took out the garbage, hash Brown was cold. Coffee lid full of coffee dripping all over. Al never go there again will be scare someone do something to my food scary. I don't recommend this place employees arguing with one another over food order when I walk in was ignored. And when I try to get their attention and I did they change the board from breakfast to lunch and I got there on time before breakfast was over and there was another lady behind me too. That she wanted breakfast. We've been waiting there for them to take care of us. Because I'm not too good with that Kias board .really don't like it .im old school. The manager he told me that she's been working there 20 years, but that don't. substantiate her conduct against me Because shes been working there for twenty years that don't mean that she can disrespect me or be rude to me or give me the food like its been clean on the floors bag greasy and wrinkle like if it was taken out the garbage can.
