As an avid coffee enthusiast, I often find myself frequenting various coffee shops, including Starbucks, in search of that perfect cup of joe and a welcoming atmosphere. However, my recent experiences at Starbucks have left much to be desired, primarily due to the consistently unfriendly and rude behavior exhibited by the staff. Upon entering the store, instead of being greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming demeanor, I am met with indifference or, at times, outright hostility from the employees. Whether it's a simple request for my preferred drink or a question about the menu, the responses I receive are often curt and dismissive, lacking any semblance of customer service etiquette. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere within the store seems tainted by this negative energy, as interactions between the staff and customers are characterized by impatience and frustration. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in what should be a place known for its hospitality and customer-centric approach. Additionally, instances of rudeness from the staff have been observed not only in face-to-face interactions but also in the way orders are handled. Mistakes are made with little acknowledgment or apology, and corrective actions are executed with an air of annoyance rather than a genuine desire to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. In light of these recurring experiences, I find it difficult to continue patronizing Starbucks with the expectation of receiving a pleasant and enjoyable coffee experience. While the quality of the beverages may remain consistent, the lack of friendliness and courtesy exhibited by the staff significantly detracts from the overall appeal of the brand. In conclusion, it is my sincere hope that Starbucks takes proactive measures to address this issue and instill a culture of kindness and respect among its employees. After all, a positive customer experience is not solely determined by the taste of the coffee but also by the treatment received from the staff. Until such improvements are made, I regrettably cannot recommend Starbucks as a preferred destination for coffee lovers seeking a welcoming and friendly environment. Warm regards, SAM NOWEDER

I came to this particular Starbucks with a mission in mind: to perform a vibe check and suss out the veracity behind Sanad’s recent review. Were the baristas serving up “outright hostility”? Was the “negative energy” truly suffocating? I had to find out for myself. (Truthfully, a colleague suggested this Starbucks as a convenient midway point between our offices for a meeting. However, I like to combine business with folly whenever possible—plus, it’s good to have a cover story during a high-stakes investigation of this sort.) To give Sanad credit, the energy was uncertain, almost uneasy, upon entering the location. The line to order grew all the way to the door as soon as I joined it. I was maybe fifth in line and waited a decent amount of time before reaching the register. I was greeted with relative “indifference” instead of a “warm smile,” so Sanad has a point there. However, the distinction is key: I’m not expecting to be treated like a princess by a Starbucks barista. I mean, how can you be freshly cheerful after you’ve heard 100+ orders for a grande low-fat milk vanilla cookie cold brew with cinnamon cold foam and two extra pumps of vanilla? Like, kill me, please. Other highlights included: -Plenty of open seating. We sat at a table and were able to have a nice conversation. -A musical theatre playlist. A bold choice if you ask me. -A free sample of cold brew with cinnamon cold foam delivered right to our table. I’ll give them one point for that unexpected touch of hospitality, and I’ll admit that the cinnamon cold foam is kind of good. I unfortunately did not take a picture while I was there, so please enjoy this illustration of my experience. tldr: The energy was underwhelming, not outright hostile. I didn’t feel like the cashier was angry with me for being there. She was just doing her job and not more—and that is okay. I survived.

I ordered more than 100 times of salted Caramel cold brew with splash of coconut milk on the apps and in stores. Only this store charges me extra 80 cents. The staffs said they don’t know why all of other stores and apps has not charge, but they are right. Meanwhile, they blocked order ahead on the apps in a slow Sunday morning. I smell something not right!

I will start off by saying that this location is filled with very kind & respectful staff members. I have only had great experiences with them, even during their busy times!

During my visit today I encountered a woman screaming her face off at a few baristas that her order should have been ready and that when it was it was "not made correctly" and that there was no way it was the right amount of flavor she asked for. They then made it in front of her so that she was able to see that they were making it as she asked. She then threw it back at them and said it was wrong again and started yelling at them. Altogether, she was just being disrespectful to the staff and they handled it SO professionally and were nothing but kind to her. I understand people have rough days -- I have to think this was one for her...They handed her multiple gift cards as soon as they were giving her her drink to apologize for the delay and for it being "incorrect". POINT BEING, I appreciate them being so kind even though they were not shown that from the woman screaming at them. They were nothing but respectful the entire situation and kept their cool. Thank you to the staff there that still spread...
