Tandoori Wheels — Restaurant in Naperville

We've wanted to try this truck for so long. We finally did at the Bolingbrook Holi Festival.

The menu was truncated I assume for the festival, which was a missed opportunity. With all of the other items they make, they could have prepared a better menu.

The samosa were 2 for $5. Pretty expensive but at least they were crispy and tasted good. The packet sauce that came with them instead of a proper chutney, was disappointing.

Also tried the masala fries. Good concept. But, there wasn't any masala or any unique flavor making it worth the $6.

Service was disorganized. My fries were given to another customer who ordered after me and the rest of my food got cold waiting for more fries.

Might try them again but different items off of...

The food we ordered was chicken 65 which was in the texture of twizzlers so rubbery, burnt and over over cooked and hard to chew, next is seasoned fries which was soggy and salty, next was our chicken kebab it was like a chicken kola not the kebab, they were burnt too and overcooked didn't taste good at all, we couldn't finish one ball itself we had to throw the entire kebab order. I’m a real estate agent at RE/MAX Professionals Select, which is 5 minutes away from the Tandoori food truck. I doubled back after passing it on my way home. The service was outstanding as it was my first visit. I asked for a recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed the Butter Chicken and Masala Chai Tea. The chicken was very tender and the creamy soup had a slight “kick” to it. Delicious. The tea was a perfect blend.
