Burger King — Restaurant in Naperville

I don't eat fast food any longer but if I do it's either Taco Bell or Burger King. We'll I gave this Burger King a try and they FELL BIG TIME. I asked for my food off the boiler because after all this is BK, when I got home the 2 Burgers were ice cold, and the 2 Off the Boiler Chicken sandwiches. I live right around the corner(3mins) and I had the heat on in the Car with the bags closed. I didn't eat the food so I returned the Sandwiches due to the food being uneatable. When I got there the manager was gone for the day but when I asked for my refund with the receipt in hand, the young lady had to call the store manager because she didn't know how to issue a refund. Ok, so I waited 20 minutes or more for her to tell me her manager hung up the phone and never called back knowing that I was standing at her store's register waiting for my money for the horrible food I was expected to eat...I've previously owned and managed several restaurants and I would never treat paying customers like I was treated. I had to then leave my Name and Number after waiting so long. The manager never called me like the young lady at the register said she would, so a couple of days went by I never heard a word from management. I called the store the next day and spoke with a young lady ask for the manager of course she was not there so after talking and explaining to her my dilemma the young lady finally issued the refund. I'm shocked by how management handled this with No Regard for the Customer. Now, I know why I DO NOT Go to FastFood Joints and if I did I definitely Would Not Go to this...

Update 2/7/22: In addition to the other "wonderful" things I mentioned below, it looks like they have stopped heating up and cleaning their dining room area. I guess the intent is to be as uninviting as possible.

So if you decide to sit here and eat, make sure to bring a blanket as well as some cleaning supplies. Good luck!

Many times you can even tell by the clientele inside Burger King as opposed to McDonald's let's say. Don't get me wrong, I don't love McDonald's either but for some reason I feel they have been going in the right direction while Burger King goes in the opposite direction.

One good thing about this location is their renovation. It used to be pretty dumpy but they made it look much better inside now.

The person you will be served by inside is a hit or miss in terms of quality. I've been here many times and sometimes it's downright terrible while others are very accommodating.

I think the only main claim to fame that Burger King has left is the Whopper. Everything else is...

Went her at night to get dinner because McDonalds was closed. I ordered an 8 piece nugget MEAL from the menu that had the meals on it and a root beer. So that I could have nuggets and fries. And I said this three times to the woman. Well I get home and there’s no fries in the bag. The server was very very rude and slammed my change into my hand. The rootbeer tasted weird, but the nuggets were fine. My total was like $4.40 which I feel is a little over priced for a mediocre meal of nuggets and a root beer. I could’ve gotten a way better meal that included fries from McDonald’s for a little more but it definitely would’ve been worth it.
