Dunkin' — Restaurant in Naples

I'll start off by saying the staff are all really friendly and this is an exceptionally busy location. But it never fails... My order is always wrong! I just went through a few minutes ago and waited 15 minutes in line - which would be fine if my order had been correct. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and a medium caramel iced coffee. The sandwich was barely toasted or heated... The cheese wasn't melted, the English muffin was basically raw and the center of the egg was cool. Then I went to take a sip of my coffee and realized it was regular iced coffee - not caramel. I was already running late for work and didn't have time to turn around and wait for another 15 minutes. It's very seldom I write a bad review...but this is the THIRD time THIS week my order has been wrong at this location. I understand it's really busy and they are trying to keep the line moving but I expect my English muffin to be toasted and the sandwich to be heated through, at least. I don't drink regular iced coffee and the sandwich ended up going to the dog... It was like throwing $8 dollars out of the window for the third time this week! I spend an average of $50 a week at dunks. So...

I will give the girls and Jasmine 5 stars all day long. The male ( possible manager ) is awful. Poor customer service skills and cant seem to listen to customers all the way. I go there every morning for my coffee and the only time is wrong is when he's at the window. I've stated my coffee was wrong and he hands it back to saying no it's right, when clearly it's wrong. The times he "fixes my coffee" he hands it back still wrong. It's frustrating because this is the only dunkin I pass on my way to work and 5 bucks a day adds up. And when your getting your coffee wrong obviously it taste like crap. The man apparently doesn't care. And there no reasoning with him. Again girls are fabulous! After reading all the reviews i thought what the heck we will give it a try. As soon as i pulled up to the drive thru and the young man greeted me with a What do you want i thought oh boy here we go the bad reviews were true. We got through that ordeal and im thinking the whole time this order is going to be so jacked up. Well let me tell you i was wrong as soon as we got to the window it was totally different. The young lady at the window was a great surprise she greeted us and was very pleasent and she handed out the right order. I wish i knew her name i only know she had a tattoo on her neck so hope this helps. They need her to train the employees that dont have many...
