BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Napoleon Township

It’s exciting to see a new business open its doors in Napoleon, especially a beloved coffee chain like Biggby’s. I was fortunate enough to be one of the first customers at the new location today and I was impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite the obvious nerves of a grand opening. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to assist. The store itself was clean and inviting, with a modern, yet cozy atmosphere in spite of it being an old Subway. I look forward to returning to Bigby’s and supporting this new addition to our community.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered one drink online and went to pick up 30 minutes later and they still hadn’t finished my order. The person working said they’ve been busy with drive through. This store/staff clearly does not know how to work in online orders so they just don’t do them instead. I order online ahead when I do not have time to wait in store and I would think after 30 minutes one latte could be finished. Ridiculous, I will never...

I had gone to the BIGGBY COFFEE on Wisner in Jackson and had the worst experience of my life...that being said...came here to the Brooklyn Rd. location and had THE BEST...few minutes away and much MUCH BETTER service and coffee made with love...when this management saw my horrible review I had posted about Wisner...they simply apologized and pointed out my error on location...Professional! Sorry guys! This is my new...
