Country Gourmet Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Napoleon Township

I’ve been to over 50 coffee shops all over the us in my life and have worked in 3 and this was not right. I’m assuming it was not the owner that helped me but she was an older lady and I asked for an iced latte and she said “ you mean a cappuccino” and that’s not the right terminology. Anyways the shot in the espresso machine was already pre ready and I asked for an extra shot so she brewed it longer. Every aspect of that was completely wrong to the actual way of making coffee and it tasted awful. If you have actual good coffee I’m sorry that my experience was unpleasant and I hope the worker learns more about coffee. I go to this coffee shop, when I'm in napoleon about once a week. Everytime I go there, the older lady that works there just seems like me coming there is an inconvenience yes i know I ask for a less hot cappuccino and I like to make my drink custom, but even before when It was my 1st time in there she just gave off a bad vibe. I like to shop local but I'm really considering not going back in. I just hate the vibe and I under stand your not Starbucks, but quit being so bitter about it.

I returned twice today and was not happy the first time I went in I was with my brother and then me and my bf went back later on and the older lady and the dark headed lady working made the comment about me coming in with two different men.
