I ordered online after seeing the Frankie & Myrrh ads on Facebook. I absolutely love the fresh, personalized and genuinely warm customer service and fabulous packaging on my shipment of items. The products arrived super fast, hello coast to coast-CA to FL!, and all meticulously packaged with care and a bright sense of humor. Maybe it's the 'Road Rage' essential oil currently diffusing in my cute little desktop GreenAir USB diffuser or the spray of 'Hello Sunshine' I couldn't wait to try out ... but man, is my mood GOOOOOOD! My 43 year old eyeballs couldn't read where the 'max line' for the diffuser was (to be fair, it is teeeeeeeny tiny and white plastic with raised white plastic lettering) but my able-eyeballed teenager helped me out and subsequently stuck around for the diffuser-light-and-scent show, so now, naturally, I just have to order her one, too. :) In summary, I am super happy with my purchases and the wonderful customer service all the way from sunny CA to sunny FL. I've ordered from Frankie and Myrrh before. I've never had better service than they provide. My items come very quickly and always beautifully and well packaged. Including a personal hand written note addressed to me, signed by the person who packaged it for shipping. I just happened to have the same person package my things each time. That tells me that this company is consistently good to its employees, and was able to keep them through difficult economic times and a pandemic that crippled most of the country. I appreciate they're unique and friendly customer service and the care and attention that goes into product development and customer relations. I impulsively ordered this first thing in the morning (before coffee) after seeing ad on Facebook. I had buyers remorse almost immediately because I chose the 6 for $120. I was drawn to the cute names and blends but was worried I’d be disappointed. I wasn’t! I received package in 2-days and the packaging was so freakin cute, well thought out details down to the little messages taping each item and a card that felt personalized. There was a sachet of lavendar and a cute sticker and button titled Happy go Lucky that I will happily wear. The blends are very good and bigger than expected.
