This used to be a really good Dunkin Donuts. All of a sudden in the summer of 2021, it went totally downhill.
Three times in a row, I sent in a mobile order. Three times in a row, they screwed it up. It doesn’t get any easier than mobile orders. It’s literally emailing in your order.
The third screw up was the worst. I drove up and they gave me my coffee. I asked where my sandwich and muffin was. They asked me to come inside (annoying right there). Getting in, they asked me what the rest of my mobile order was. I said they had it since I set it in, but they responded that somehow they erased it. So I had to give it again and wait. Some half mumbled offer of a refund was ignored by me as it isn’t worth my time.
A bunch of kids are running this place now. The drive thru is long and they screw up your order. RI has a million of these places. Go elsewhere.
Update in August 2023: the drive thru has gotten somewhat faster, but they still managed to screw up my mobile order (didn’t include a bag of brew at home Dunkin). Gotta get this...
Read moreThis has been my local Dunkin' while I'm studying at school. Not all the workers know me by name, but I'm half sure that maybe some of them expect my caramel latter order. In the past, I have geeked out with an employee about the brownie batter donuts- it was such a wonderful conversation. I don't often feel compelled to write reviews, but this morning a worker truly made my day. I commuting from a different location then usual so I stopped at a Dunkin' much earlier in the morning somewhere else. They made my coffee with not much caramel at all. It really didn't taste great. I stopped by my local Dunkin' and asked if they would kindly give me a pump or two of caramel- and the employee just made me a brand new coffee. This may not seem like a lot- but I've truly appreciated the employees at this store for some time, and this was my highlight of an overall crummy day....
Read moreWhenever I come here they always get the order wrong and I never check it. Today when I ordered I remembered to wait to check and a women came to the window again and said "Everything all set" I said yes thank you we're just checking the order quick. In response she said "Yeah its all set we need to get to the people behind you thanks" The doors are locked so we couldn't go in if something was wrong and why would we wait in the drive through all over again when were already right there at the window. I'm sorry but maybe if you guys didn't get everything wrong literally all the time I wouldn't have to check. Not to mention yes everything was there but we came home and opened our orders of hash browns and there was literally THREE crusty hard hash browns in each one...I really hope this dunkin figures out a better method at...
