I am Vietnamese and growing up, Pho was always my top three favorite meals that are apart of my culture. My family always enjoyed eating out and trying new Vietnamese restaurants and here and there we wouldn’t enjoy the food and sometimes it would be too bland or flavorless, but other restaurants would be so incredible and authentic. However, the best days were when my grandma would make her homemade bowl of Pho Dac Biet. There is nothing that makes you feel more at home than when that bowl comes to be plated in front of you and the aroma overwhelms you with memories from when you’ve last had this meal.
I moved out of my families house almost a year ago, and it’s been so difficult being on my own and on those stressful days I just find myself yearning for the taste of my Grandmothers bowl of Pho. I’ve gone to all places around Nashua and it never lived up to my expectations or filled that void in my heart. When I had heard New Pho was opening literally right down the street from my house, I was excited but very nervous to try it considering how many times I have tried Pho on the east coast and I haven’t been impressed .
Coming here was one of the best decisions I have made in my life and because of that I find myself eating here on the days I need my family the most. The Pho is so authentic here and they offer so many varieties of food including Korean food. This place brings out true authentic vietnamese taste and makes me feel at home which I’ve been wanting to feel for so long. I definitely recommend giving this place a try even if you don’t like soup as they have multiple options to choose from.
Definitely going to be a big hit in...
Read moreWow, wow & wow! We heard about a new Vietnamese restaurant opening in Nashua, NH, that had really incredible, authentic Southeast Asian cuisine, with generous portions & moderately priced. So we went & were enthusiastically greeted when we arrived and seated in a clean, nicely lit dining area, with comfortable seating & tables covered with white tablecloths. Almost immediately we were brought 2 glasses of ice water & menus. Right away, we felt as if our business mattered & was appreciated by the friendly staff. We ordered & within minutes, the delicious appetizer appeared & then the wonderful shrimp salad, followed by 2 entrees. I must say, I thought I knew what a barbequed pork chop tasted like until I tried this mouth-watering plate. We also had a vegetarian dish & all was super fresh & brimming with flavor. The Pho soup with sliced beef, noodles, fresh basil, bean sprouts & sliced jalapeno pepper was absolutely perfect. The Vietnamese shrimp salad (South East Asian coleslaw) was fantastic, with well-balanced brine & loaded with split shrimp. The BBQ'd pork-chop was served over rice & complimented with torn iceberg lettuce, freshly sliced cucumbers & tomatoes. Everything was made-to-order & we left completely satisfied, not only with the food but with the super-friendly waitstaff. Even the owner/chef came out of the kitchen to great us & exchange pleasantries. If you haven't tried New Pho in Nashua, NH, you're clearly missing out on some of the best Vietnamese food we've certainly ever had outside of Boston & NYC. Our thanks to the kitchen & waitstaff for making our visit to New Pho thoroughly enjoyable. We'll definitely be...
Read moreI Love This Restaurant. It is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant for Pho in the area.
Tôi yêu nhà hàng này. Đây là nhà hàng phở Việt Nam ngon nhất trong khu vực.
I get the Dac Biet. It's beef broth Pho with flank steak, tripe, scallions, onions, Thai basil, fresh lime juice, noodles and a savory, delicious, and satisfying feeling that tops it off.
The environment is great. They play nice music and usually have a sport playing on one of their TVs.
The men's bathroom is clean and fully functional. I can't speak for the women's bathroom.
The decor is really beautiful. It's colorful, full of nature, and gives an authentic cultural feel to the setting.
The service is top notch. They are attentive and they give speed new meaning. They fill my water when they notice the cup is low, they grab dishes to keep your table clear and spacious, and they never hesitate to get extra utensils or dishes when asked.
Hands down a 5 Stat experience.
Best, Clint
