The Security Guard Don Ripple is extremely rude! As I approached him to ask where the drop off box was ( because I was told by the SS rep that there was a drop off box there) he yelled at me that the "check-in kiosk is over there" as he pointed to it, before I even said one word to him. I said that I had called yesterday and was told that I just needed to ask the security guard where the drop off box was. He gave me a snide look and with a rude tone of voice he relayed that there wasn't a drop box in that office and then he pointed to the kiosk again and said "check in is over there". I started to ask if he knew what info I would need to check in with. All I was able to say was "do you" before he cut me off and YELLED "Mam the check in is over there!" So I checked in. I work for a doctor and I needed to let the answering service know that I did not know what time I would be in now and they would have to page the Doctor directly for emergencies. The Security Guard YELLED at me again that I can't use the phone. YELLED not informatively but barking an order at me. It was literally less than a 30 second call. I can prove it on my phone. When I told him that I worked for a doctor and was just trying to let the ans service know what they need to do with Emergency calls he stated " I don't care! You're being disrespectful!" It was quite obvious that I was in a new situation with this office. I was misinformed originally and a little lost as to what to do. It's unfortunate that I have to give a low rating for this office because the representative that I saw was very polite and helpful. This security guard is not only lacking people skills but has absolutely no interest in helping people. He definitely should not be the first person that anyone should have to...
Read moreToday here at the Nashua location, precisely booth 3, when I finally was able to speak with a representative, she gave me attitude and inaccurately read the document that I had, and then argued with me insisting that I didn't have the documentation needed to obtain a new card, nearly pushing me out the door.
In the end she was mistaken but made me search hand and neck down the document to prove her mistake. She then continued to be rude and cut me off through the remainder of the experience.
Poor, poor, customer service and what a shame to the administration.
These are our identity cards that we are simply trying to obtain, and claim as our own and we have impatient, incompetent, lazy workers behind these counters as a representation of...
Read moreCalled to ask about getting a replacement SS card and was sent a packet with info and form. Was told I had to mail in and could not make an appointment. Well I can't mail my driver's license and don't feel comfortable mailing my birth certificate.
I then informed the agent I receive SSDI and have just obtained a job. I asked what I needed to do, what info I needed to provide and what happens to my payments. I was sent another document with info and told to submit my pay stubs. I couldn't get a straight answer on my payments.
I called the main number and was informed that the local agent was supposed to have taken down all my employment info for the system. The main office agent was...
