Bison Cafe — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

The good parts of the cafe is that they have the selection of fries,chicken,vegetables,and sweets. What I kind of don’t like is that they do not have food ready when some people come around after breakfast hours like 10:00 AM. They should always have food ready so we don’t have to wait like ducks. During hours after breakfast they are cleaning and I think most of the people waiting want to eat. If they are really catering during these hours I would want dishes ready for me to choose from; rather than wait. They change the sweets which is fine, but they should change their dishes more often. I like that drinks are always available which is a plus. They usually change the meat dish which is great, but we need more variety. I like that they have chicken ready when you hate the meat options for the day. So overall good is great, but they could definitely do better especially with the time they truly are ready...

Not gonna lie the caf has been stepping it up. The Chinese tonight had full sized egg rolls and the breakfast omelets slap. In addition, I received a fortune cookie with the message: “A secret admirer will soon send you a sign of affection”. I’m not sure what that will entail or whom it will be from tbh, but the encouragement is appreciated. (Losing one star bc the veggies are NOT vibing but still worth a visit...
