First a positive with a negative slap towards to the management (owner)!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the older lady that is always is in there working her tail off. I can’t remember her name but to the management you need to take notice and value what she does for you! It’s ridiculous that you only pay your employees what you do!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. No one can live on those wages and much less make a living. Shame on you management!!!

Restaurant temp is so so hot!!! Value the few customers you actually get and the one employee that actually runs circles around everyone else that works there.

To the female owner/manager - Learn how to cook cookies!!! Overcooked and no one would even want to purchase these chocolate chip cookies that are hard as a rock!

This ain’t no April Fools...

Placed an online order for me and my friend. The app said the food was ready, so I went to pick it up. I got there and the idiot said they ran out of bread and most ingredients. Then he refused to give me a refund, while still receiving his payment. I can’t believe it was this incompetent. Please NO ONE go here. The employees are useless and snarky. I work in service, so I am pretty understanding and respectful. He almost took me to that point with his gaslighting and incompetence. DONT GO HERE. There are millions of other subways in this city. Sandwich was full of mayonnaise, I paid for extra toppings and instead they skimped out. I had three pickles on my sandwich when I asked for extra (this was also a pick up order) I don’t understand how they can a make this sandwich and think it’s okay.
