Burger King — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Food pretty good, "manager" not even close to good. When I approached the alledged "Manager", he was leaning on the counter behind the register, staring through the filthy dining room, outside. "Manager" with chains lost it when I told him there was not 1 clean table for arriving guests and asked him to send someone to clean the tables. His excuse was that he just got there. A total lie. I watched him for at least 20 minutes, joking with his boys. He just stood there as they horseplayed 2 feet from him.

Him, plus 4 others behind the line. Not 1 could wipe down tables? Really? One of his "Co-managers" came up and said it was Popeyes responsibility. They had 2 people working. I asked why, when they had 5 people and Popeyes 2; they couldn't help keep their joint dining area clean.

Even the lady running the Popeyes told someone at BK, "you play too much." Evidently, too hard at "work" to bother cleaning a table for his paying customers.

The "manager" with chains had more of a problem with me asking for him to clean some tables, than the fact there were no clean tables for his guests. He said I cussed him. Well, I did say dirty and filthy. Maybe that counts. 🤔

I left a voicemail with the TA Travel Center General Manager. Will update with the reply.

Stand up for your rights as a customer. Don't let lazy workers make you eat in filthy conditions.

Let's discuss while Burger King is shutting down across this country what other Burger chains are popping up and winning I don't know who's making the buns or who's ordering the buns or whoever decided on these buns but they're always dry and they're always disgusting at every single Burger King as if they've been sitting out on the counter open for the last 2 months I won't deny the concept of a flame grilled Burger is awesome but the fact that you guys drop the ball every time after that is sad I asked for a Whopper with no pickle and extra onion you barely put condiments on it which makes your buns stick out of how awful they are and what do I get for extra onions five little tiny sliced rings of extra onions you guys won't be in business long as all Burger King's because you seem to not take any of the customers responses or review seriously does places dirty the counters behind where you wait for your food is disgusting the doors are disgusting and a girl at the counter has as much personality as a cardboard box she needed to be forced to work there because she wants her food daddies or she absolutely hates her job that's the only two...

Ordered the Cheesy Melt sausage egg and cheese sandwich. They are supposed to come with 2 slices of cheese on each sandwich. There was one lady working, about 7:30 am 07/23/24, by herself. She did good with what she can, but when we asked for another slice of cheese for our sandwiches, she just kept shaking her head and gave an attitude. Ours only had one slice. It doesn't take much to just get the 2 slices of cheese. We weren't nasty or rude. The sandwich is called a cheesey melt for a reason. First she said it doesn't come with 2 but I clearly pointed out the picture. I feel for the fact she was by herself, but uncalled for with the attitude. I've worked a whole restaurant by myself in New Orleans. No one showed up for the night shift and the day shift left. I had no way of locking the doors and manager unreachable. I worked that restaurant for 5 hrs by myself. Never once did I give an attitude. I just explained the situation and to be patient. It went...
