About 2 years ago, my family and I began trying this location again and every order has been PERFECT! Iāve ordered pickup from here about an average of 3 times a week and I like to use the coupons via the mobile app. I definitely recommend them!
Customer service is soo good here and I love that theyāre consistent! Yesterday, the manager had my pizza remade because, āit didnāt pass their quality check.ā š±š¤Æ Theyāve officially EARNED my trust back šš¾. Theyāre my go-to for food in the area/neighborhood.
This location had been through some tough times with previous owners, but over the last few years, the new owner(s) have groomed this establishment.

The worst location EVER. Iāve been going here since I was 11 and both quality and customer service have gone WAAAYY downhill over the years since theyāve first opened. I recently tried to give them another chance after a 6 month break but itās evident that this location needs to be shutdown...Iāve lost all hope in them getting any better since thereās been something wrong with every order Iāve placed in the last 2-3 years (from my meal being messed up to them not even following my notes to call me so that I could help the delivery person find my home)....Iām done. This time, there was no sauce on my pizza. I know calling the store will do nothing (from experience) and Iāll leave this review instead of disrupting my peace.
Update: I had gave them another try a few weeks ago (May 2021) and everything on my order was PERFECT! I decided to go back again, before closing (May 13, 2021) and everything that I ordered wasnāt done in the middle when I ordered well-done. Apparently, the individual who ordered the pizza had disputed the charge with their credit card company, claiming they never ordered it. Manager Jack, who is located on Clarksville Highway in Nashville who identified himself as the store owner, refused to lift the block on my address despite my explanation that I had not ordered or paid for any pizza. He disclosed the name of the person (Kalaysia Middlebrooks and Malaysia knight who disputed the charges) who allegedly ordered the pizza, and I assured him that I did not know these individual and suggested that the driver may have provided incorrect information. This incident occurred on February 3rd. This year. Jack remained adamant that my address would remain blocked. He mentioned that he had lost $50 due to someone stealing from him, which I perceived as an insult, implying that I was a liar and a thief. Furthermore, he warned that any future complaints would be handled in the same manner. I reiterated to Jack that I had not received the pizza delivery and had not placed the order, suggesting that he should investigate the matter with his driver. The pizza tracker was never updated, my order took over an hour and a half to be delivered, it was no longer hot, and the order was wrong. When the order was finally delivered, the driver ignored my delivery instructions and simply walked into my office building (A large building with dozens of offices) and simply started yelling until somebody came out and found him. Also, instead of a receipt, he originally tried to get me to sign and write in my tip on a notebook he was carrying. I then called the store just to see what had happened, where the manager, named Rayon (could be spelled wrong), argued and told me that my order had actually only taken 45 minutes and not the hour an a half that was recorded, told me that my order was actually made correctly and not wrong, even though I had it in my hands, and then hung up on me after I asker her name. I would never call for someone to lose their job, but this Dominos should do a much better job at hiring and training managers, not to mention improve their quality and customer service.
