Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I tried calling the location to tell the cashier over the phone how much I appreciate her service and patience but the phone number wasn't working so I decided to post it here instead. While I was waiting for my sandwich, another customer came in after me. He was extraordinarily rude and threw his money at the cashier. But in return, held his hand out, expecting her to place the money back in his hand. And she did. She didn't react, or change her expression. She handled that rude customer with extreme professionalism and I feel that she deserves a shout out. I don't even know her name, but this is the morning of July 20th and it was around 8:45ish. If the owner sees this, i encourage you to review the cameras and commend her for staying professional in that moment when i know that it wasn't easy. I also encourage anyone who is currently reading this review to remember that the person on the other side of the counter is a human being and has feelings and emotions just like you do. DO NOT ORDER AHEAD HERE!! They sporadically close the dining room at 10am and force you to go to the drive thru. Since you already paid on the app, you have to make a choice- do I go without my water poured over crushed beans that I paid 4.15 for, or do I go into the endless, slow drive thru backed up ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING.

Hell no. I’d rather DIE than give them 4 dollars to inconvenience me and leave with nothing. But since waiting in this line is close to dying, it’s not quite there yet. I’ll wait, but only because I paid already. I honestly can’t even believe I’m about to be late for my appointment over this… severely late. But again, i know full well that I made the choice. Once you do though, it’s one of those drive thrus that trap you, no backing up, no room to get by…. You are committed to be there. An uneventful carwash, an alive morgue.

Update, still haven’t made it to the speaker 😆 this is going to be fun. 2 cars...

For those reading these reviews, PLEASE understand they have so many 1 star reviews for a reason. This was my first and last time to this Dunkin. Ordered 4 donuts from the kiosk for my kids. After standing there for 15 minutes, another customer walks in, orders, and gets the donut right away. When asking the employee why we haven't received our order yet, I was told that they were out of the donuts selected from the kiosk. Thanks for telling me now after we already placed the order and waited! We got different donuts than what we ordered, and the girl gave a smirk as she tossed the bag on the counter and walked off. Go down the street to Publix and get donuts there--Dunkin service is terrible and the donuts weren't even that good. And if management or ownership even cares about their reputation, my message is Do Better because the employees and terrible service at this location destroys the...
