I’ve read through the reviews and overall I agree, but you’ll still see the trend. It’s a one star or five star experience. Most seem to get it, that this is a welcoming spot where community is shared and service is personalized. And if you take a moment to deep dive the 1 star reviews you’ll see what I mean. Apparently Jessica AR has had an abundance of 1 star experiences…McDonald’s, Dental repair, auto salvage, several taqueria restaurants…heck, even Doublz couldn’t meet her expectations. Might be a common denominator there… All I can say is, I’m there a lot, and I appreciate the effort that is made daily to grow a healthy community of diverse people who share a moment of their day to laugh, talk about the game last night, their night out, or that sick Hellcat parked in two parking spaces out front. I came in here with a friend, and the drinks we got were great, however, one worker’s attitude towards her coworkers completely ruined the experience. She’s got long blonde hair and I think her name tag Sierra. The girl taking orders inside asked Sierra a question, and she answered with obvious attitude in her voice. What really sealed the deal was when the girl working the drive thru came over to ask Sierra about a drink, and Sierra raised her voice at her, saying that the drive-thru girl was going to “mess her up.” I felt so bad for the girl working the drive thru, she genuinely looked like she wanted to cry. Management genuinely needs to do something about this girl’s attitude because judging from the other one star review, i’m not the only one who has noticed. This new location is a great addition to Donelson! I go to Starbucks frequently. I started going here more since it’s near my home. There are several Managers and some employees I see on a regular basis at the times I go, Karen & Sierra. They have the best personalities and go above and beyond for their customers. They know you by name just after a few visits. Of course this is a new location and which means new employees. The new employees are still in training and still learning! We all have been there! If you experience any problems with your ordered (drinks & food) bring it to their attention, they will make it right! Customers are their priority! Just absolutely...
