Was recommended here by a colleague who said it was "a nice place with some quality health foods and juices."

UNDERSTATEMENT to this establishment.

First time visitor, forever customer. The look of TUJ from the outside didn't necessarily give me the impression of what was going on inside. The branding for me is a bit of a disconnect but then again, I don't know about their inner workings.

They had plenty of "grab-n-go" options to the left of entering. Coffees, water, various food items, etc. The first thing that hits you is the aroma of the fresh herbs, veggies and fruits they use. You can see them on display just behind the register and the bar where the fresh juices and smoothies are made.

A cute, hand decorated seating area is to the right, as well as the restrooms. The kitchen area is out of sight, so I can't comment as to it's appearance. The inside was tidy and clean, and the ladies there were very friendly and didn't mind me taking my time as a first-timer, asking questions and looking things over thoroughly.

I settled on a cold brew CBD coffee (a diff review), the flatbread "Positively Pesto" and my friend chose the Zoodles and the flatbead "Sweet and Savory". The food was delivered to our tables within 10-12 min, smelled delicious and was hot and certainly fresh (except for the Zoodles, they were a cold dish).

I usually don't salt anything, so the sodium in my flatbread was just right, but did get a little salty at the end (bc I ate the whole thing?? Lol) I couldn't stop eating... Every ingredient was fresh and crisp, and tasted like it was just prepared. Major props. I usually meal prep my own meals, and cook from raw natural ingredients. I didn't feel as though I was "cheating" my diet with these foods. It felt like something I would, and could, make.

The girls were super cool with my photo taking and were happy I was reviewing them. They seemed joyed to work there, which I love seeing. Smiles all around. I hope this location is here for years to come, and I will definitely be back.

I have opinions on things to improve, but won't post publicly. đŸ‘đŸ» All around, a...

I am visiting from out of town, so I was so excited to be see the Urban Juicer by the place I was staying. A perfect breakfast and brunch spot!

It is such a cute little shop off the main strip. They have healthy juices, frushies, teas, smoothies, super foods, organic snacks, and healthy foods.

Their menu was simple to understand, and had really good options without being overwhelming. And their sandwich was delish!! I got the “Sunrise Sandwich” (to die for, I need another to go!) and the “Power Lunch” Power Line smoothies with protein powder to go.

Their environment was adorable, small, and quaint. Very inviting. They even had an outdoor patio sitting area.

Parking is easy as you pull up in front or down the side and it’s free. Their customer service was really great and they were really low-key without being pushy but also welcoming.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t feel they were super sustainable having plastic straws, spoons, forks, plastic cup containers etc. I also didn’t see compost bins or recycling bins. So they’d get a 1 star for not being an earth conscious or sustainable business. Do they locally source their fresh foods from hometown gardeners and farmers? I don’t know. I sure hope so. They didn’t push for that info anywhere to know. (And I love to know)

BUT, I do love that they are ADA compliant. That is always a plus. There is a bit of a cement stoop (see photos) from the main patio, to wheel up through the main door that might be challenging for wheelchair guests. Their floor signage is also right there so it might be hard to navigate around it. But the sign is movable.

Overall, loved everything about it. They got only 4 stars since...

I don't normally write reviews but my experience this morning was great! I live across the street but I don't normally get to stop in the mornings because they don't open until 7 and I'm usually gone by 6:45. However, I noticed that they were open 10 minutes early. Score! I ordered my usual and grabbed a quinoa lunch bowl and the smoothie was finished before I finished paying. The man that took my order was extremely friendly and the woman who made my smoothie offered a recommendation for my next visit. They were both extremely personable and made my whole morning!

The Supergreens is my go-to favorite but I was told to try the Bee Greens next time! Also, the quinoa bowl is delicious. Love this place and wish I could start every morning there. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for a few more...

I decided to do a juice cleanse one day a week back in November. I've done it 3 times so far. You can get 6 juices plus a booster for $42. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are usually out of at least one of the juices so I have to drive across town to another location to find the other ones..... when that happens I pay more.
