Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Nashville

Absolutely horrible. I should have known this place was not good because it's usually empty when I ride by. This is the worst dominoes ever! And I've given this place at least 3 chances to get it right. They have a hard time topping the pizzas!! And just super dry!! If I'm spending money with you I expect to get what I paid for!! Some slices don't have any toppings. Just dry remnant of sauce. Very slack on toppings and cheese & when I brought to thier attention that I didn't pay for some slices not to have toppings they told me that is how the pizza bakes up. I eat dominos at other locations and no ma 'am that is not how the pizzas bake up. Just trash employees and food, I won't ever be back. Just nasty overall.Incompetent staff when they have a very simple job. If I want a pizza I'd rather go to the super market where I can at least guarantee it will be topped correctly or drive to lousiburg dominos rather than to go to this trash place. WORST PLACE TO ORDER PIZZA EVER!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the 3rd time they have messed up our order. I ordered 2 New York style pizzas. One with pepperoni and mushrooms and the other with chicken and spinach. The pizzas were nothing but crust! Had no mushrooms and it was DROWNED in sauce. Called several times. The first time the lady hung up on me. 2nd and 3rd time, they ignored my call. Finally the 4th time I called and asked for a refund the lady put me on hold and LEFT me on hold for 15 minutes before I got tired of it and hung up. Oh, and not to mention she told me I can't get a refund they can either remake it or give me store credit.. Highly disappointed and will not be returning. I always have the worst experience with this location. I order from this store because it’s the closet to my house. My orders are always wrong even when I order a specialty pizza exactly how it comes it’s still made wrong. I have such bad experiences with delivery, it takes nearly two hours at times to receive my order when I stay no more than 10 minutes away. I always get an email that my pizza has been delivered but doesn’t show up at my door for nearly 45 minutes later. Even the drive thru is terrible and the wait is extremely long. The pizza is always cold and looks old.
