I can't say that McDonald's of Nashville is bad all the time, but tonight they were horrible! I ordered a tender meal, a fish sandwich meal, and 2 cheeseburgers with no onions. They guy taking my order mistakenly hit meatless on one of the cheeseburgers and the cook made both burgers with no meat. Needless to say, after getting home and realizing the burgers didn't have meat, I took them back to have new burgers made. Got home and the burgers were still meatless...at this point all the food was cold. I called to explain what was going on and I told the lady I just wanted my money back. The cashier, Tammy, had some of the best customer service of not only McDonald's, but any restaurant I've ever been to! You can tell she's truly happy to be there by her helpful demeanor, goes above and beyond, and always has a smile on her face. It took 21 minutes for me to get to the drive up speaker and at 10:31 when I was placing my order, all I want was two sausage and biscuits and they told me that they could not serve me because now they are serving breakfast. One minute past their cutoff time of serving breakfast and they couldn’t serve me breakfast. What a waste of time And poor customer service!
