Update 4/5/25. Went inside to order to see if things had improved. Extended wait to even be acknowledged at the counter while being stared at by staff. Treated very rudely when taking out order. Drink station very dirty and lacking supplies. Both tea containers had NO tops on them. Spilled drink all over counter and floor. Had to ask for cup lids which were out and got fussed at by the manager. Just ordered food through the drive through. The employee taking the order was very rude and acted like taking our order was too much trouble for her. Next they were out of unsweetened tea. We got our drinks and were told to pull up without even getting our payment. In a few minutes she was outside at our car telling us we needed to pay with an even worse attitude than before. Heck, she is the one that told us to pull up and caused herself that extra trip. When our food finally came, the salad was thrown in the bag sideways and dumped out. One chicken sandwich combo was missing. We ordered extra bbq sauce for the nuggets. Well we didnât get the regular sauce let alone the extra. When going back inside to get the missing items the manager got smart with us and took 10 minutes of arguing to understand the #10 combo was missing. No apologies at all.    Read moreAn impressively poor display, the drive thru apparently uses world war 2 radios for communicating, while the operator was nice, she could barely hear me to the point she missed key parts of my order, from having the burger incorrect to completely wrong items, but it happens so I go inside to get my burger fixed, only to hand them a burger that was normal sized and for them to give me a burger sized for mice, I just said âwhatever Iâm doneâ and left, only to return to my vehicle and my sister, who had an order of the baconator fries, discovered she only got a quarter of a slice of bacon worth of bacon bits along with 7 shreds of cheese, half not even melted, and thatâs an extra what? $1.50?
Iâm surprised they actually got my drink right honestly, I expect better from Wendys when I pay extra for their traditionally extra quality, however itâs pretty telling when the first thing I hear from my passenger is an exclaimed quote of âhow does McDonaldâs have better bacon fries than Wendyâs?â, an excellent question, McDonaldâs, the meme of fast food, is apparently better than Wendyâs at this location, for an extra 3$ per combo for that.

   Read moreYour Nashville, North Carolina location is absolutely unacceptable in terms of customer service. Tonight, I went to order dinner for my wife and I. The drive-through line had five cars ahead of me when I got there. I sat in line for 20 minutes and never did make it to the order window. So, I got out of line and parked to go inside thinking "Surely, it will be much faster inside." When I get inside, I noticed that there is a crowd of people standing around waiting on their food. I stood at the register for approximately three minutes and no one even acknowledged me, much less took my order. Someone finally comes to the counter and lays out TEN (I counted) receipts for orders to be filled. I promptly left and took my business elsewhere. This is not the first time that I have had extremely slow service at this location. On top of that, the sanitation grade isn't the best in the world.
