The girl at the register on Mother’s Day had a VERY nasty attitude! My uncle asked for a chicken sandwich to which she snappily replied we’re out of that. He decided to get chicken nuggets and she added we’re out of macaroni and cheese! When I ordered I asked for coleslaw. She tartly stated we’re out of coleslaw. She didn’t say anything smart to my father when he asked for a thigh and a breast. My uncle informed her the order was for dine in and she just looked at him. I stood at the counter and waited for the order. When we finally got it everything was packed in a to go bag. I asked for sweet heat sauce to which I got a we’re out of that! When I got to the table my uncle counted his nuggets. They shorted him one. He started to complain but let it go. There was only one serving spoon in all three boxes. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for spoons. She waited on two customers before she even acknowledged I was standing there. I will NEVER return to this Popeyes establishment again! The food was mediocre at best but the customer service experience...
Read moreFrom out of town. Walked in and there was an Employee in vestibule area in the doorway, talking with 2 girls. He was in the way of us getting inside to order and had an attitude when someone he was talking with, asked him to open the door for us, his response, "for what". While inside, Ordered my meal, the board menu had $7 and something for combo I ordered but rang up $8.99 without tax cost over $9 dollars, when ask about the price was told the prices went up, they just didn't change the menu but failed to tell us up front. There was only 1 person on register but 6 people in the kitchen doing little to nothing and not very clean not organized. And not very friendly atmosphere. Worst customer service even more than inner city Chicago. I'm disappointed especially in the south. Southern hospitality - gone. And yes I was born and raised in Natchez and still have lots of family and prominent family and friends still there including politicians. Get it...
Read moreNo more app orders here as of May 25th 2025. Sent email to corporate and answer received was “yeah, you’re right, they’re not accepting mobile orders” 🙄. The. She goes on to allude to using app here via drive thru or inside the restaurant which made zero sense because this location IS NOT available in any way shape or form on….the…app. So whatever will be going across the river to Vidalia which isn’t that much more out of the way and honestly the staff there actually get your order right and can handle an influx of orders instead of it taking 30 minutes to deal with 5 customers ahead of you. Better yet prob easier to just cook at home because ain’t no way in hell you’ll ever see me pay regular price for anything there. Can feed 4 people via cooking at home for what they charge...
