Cute place in Natick. We live in Natick and went there for the first time after 10 years. So many options around. It's convenient and cheap, but the food was ok. Our pasta and meatballs dish had one piece of meatballs and looked like it was cold on the inside and seemed not fresh. Theos in my opinion serves better pasta and meatballs if you are looking for fast food. Will I go there again? I am not sure. Overall and ok place to take away food.

Recently purchased chicken cutlet sandwich and was disappointed! I received 1/4" thick(if that) of chicken cutlet that was more like a crabby patty. I guess $10 is not enough for a decent sandwich! Place is run by teenager's. Never seen adult at counter. Poor attitude and customer service when asking kid's to make sure the pizza ordered was covered with pepperoni. Pizza is usually under cooked in crust also.

Went here for the 1st time as we were in the area. The place is small, but plenty of room for eating in. Food was tasty. Keep in mind, at the Natick location they only sell pasta on the kid's menu or from their freezer. I'm looking forward to going back & trying the pizza since people were coming in and out getting pizza. Smelled so good!

The food was amazing. I was recently told about this place by some friends, and I’ve been 3 times since. However this time I would like to point out the horrible customer experience we received tonight. We decided last minute we wanted to get some food so we ordered from here. We didn’t pay attention to the time they closed, we just saw that we was able to place an order online. Apparently they were about to close in about a 1/2 hour. We then notice they are about to close. They are about 8 minutes from my house so we left immediately to go get the food. About 2 minutes after we place the order we get a phone call and the lady said they were about to close and if we don’t get there by 8 we won’t get our food. I found this to be extremely rude. I understand it was close to closing time, but calling us 25 minutes before closing to tell us to get there soon or we wouldn’t get the food we paid for was extremely rude and unnecessary. Although I enjoy their food (it’s very good!!) this experience makes me want to go somewhere else for food. I won’t forget...

We always go for the "mess" - a baked concoction of different broken pastas, lots of marinara sauce and cheese to which you can choose to add veggies, sausage, meatballs, veal, chicken or eggplant. My son and I demolished a single of "Aunt Issy's Mess" (veggies, meatballs and sausage. My husband had a single of "Nephew's Mess" (eggplant and sausage). So good!

We also shared an order of fried calamari (no banana peppers, please). Crunchy and tender. Perfectly cooked. Delicious!

The counter person was very friendly and helpful. Lots of street parking right out front.

For those with mobility issues: the front entrance has 2 steps up. I don't know if they have an alternative entrance...

I live in Natick, but I have been going to Comella's since they opened in Wellesley and West Newton. I want to say 25 years ago. I would get a Mess (which all homestyle pasta lovers should try), with different combinations and then I would add a couple meatballs for good measure. Then as Comella's expanded to more locations......low and behold, they added PIZZA. Who doesn't love pizza? While I can't say, it is the best pizza I ever had.....I can say, it is consistent and VERY GOOD. Comella's cheese pizza is the BEST VALUE of any place serving pizza, PERIOD. $5 for a wonderful tasting 16" pizza, should be tried by everyone who enjoys a good...
