Food and service were mediocre.

Ordered Chicken hot pot Bim Im Bop and Bulgogi. Oddly, no kimchi comes with their Korean dishes, so ordered a side dish of kimchi ($5). It was ordinary red Napa kimchi available at any grocery store, and seemed old and flabby. The order of chicken Bim im Bop came with ... beef, not chicken. The vegetables were also tired and odd - iceberg lettuce in Bim im Bop? Didn't eat the crusty rice at the bottom as little black flakes were coming off the pot.

The Bulgogi was also strange, lumps of fried beef dressed with a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber, both dewy from the 'fridge, and a single broccoli floret. Side of rice.

Service was friendly, but haphazard. Server's shirt was dirty, and as noted above got the order wrong. Also the two entrees did not arrive together. At least the Bim im Bop came first so it stayed hot while waiting around for the bulgogi.

With kimchi an extra, and the plates not well dressed, dinner was not a good value. Restaurant is not handicap accessible as there are steps to the front door. Gluten free etc can probably find something...

The service is warm, but in eating the cuisine from the Korean & Japanese portions of the menu, it is evident that they cut corners in the quality of their ingredients used and portions served. The prices are hefty for what you get.

My $3 miso soup tasted like it was an instant packet mixed with boiled water right before serving (the seaweed didn’t taste quite cooked all the way); my chirashi don was served with 4 of the cheapest varieties of raw fish, was devoid of any garnishes, and did not even include the customary sweet egg, or crab stick. The portion of rice given was very large, as if to make up for the skimpy scattering of other ingredients. The korean seafood pancake was small in portion, was served with a bland, watered down sauce, and from its presentation, it was clear that frozen seafood was used for the dish.

Overall, a very disappointing experience - perhaps the Thai cuisine stands a better chance. Sadly, I don’t think I will return to give this place...

One time we went in around 8 pm and waited 45 min for the food to be served. It was on a weekend, whole room of guests were all waiting for their food! As well as multiple takeout guests also anxiously were waiting by the door..The waiter said slowness cus they took a big takeout order….well, if you don’t put enough capacity in kitchen to cook, don’t take so many orders! It seems the only thing the owner cares about is to cut down cost( by hiring less cooks) but take more orders, then the service sucks! Also to note, recently they had a major price increase! A Pa see you( stir fried noodle dish) now costs close to $20!!!! Verus past around$12…. Yes there is inflation and increase of labour blahblah. We recently vacationed in martha’s vineyard, a decent seafood restaurant( seafood shanty) will charge $20 for a fish and chips! Again, food tastes good but...

The best Asian restaurant around. Solid Thai but the Korean dishes really sets the food apart from any other restaurant. Ms. Lee is legend and opened the restaurant like 25+ years ago. It’s in our regular rotation of restaurants for take-out/delivery and dining in. My kids also love eating at Dah-mee, teriyaki is excellent. My favs: japchae noodles & veggie kimbap (both great for kids or gluten free when requested), beef & chicken satay, bibim bap with salmon, hwe dup bab, Bulgogi deluxe, pad see ew., bin dai duk (Korean mung bean savory pancake). if you like spicy: pork kimchee stir fried, dukboki (spicy rice cakes similar to mochi), kimchee chigae (stew with house made kimchee), duck chili and basil fried rice are all soooo good!
