Incredible attention to detail. I had a very precious and big watercolor that I entrusted to the shop. The owner gave a lot of personal attention to how I wanted things and had very astute suggestion on how to optimize the framing and conserve the artwork-- he was very knowledgeable about conservation which I appreciated a lot because it was a piece of art I really cared about and wanted to enjoy for years to come.
