Chamango Mango — Restaurant in National City

Thursday June 24 2021 Very disappointed 😞 when i arrived home i was excited to see my fruit and to be honest it looks delicious and it is really good. The problem here is the customer service is horrible. Since I placed the call in the beginning the lady seem to be in a hurry. I specifically told the lady I wanted tostilocos with no cueritos and add mango. I get home my pico de gayo fruit excellent but the tostilocos had cueritos and my fiance is allergic to pork😔 I tried calling to let the lady know and she tells me that in her notes she has tostilocos with mango. I know that I specifically told her no cueritos, my fiance was next to me when I placed the order because she wanted to make sure I got her order in correctly. The lady decides she wants to argue so I just said no worries mam its okay thank you. I really hope that the lady isnt the owner because im a national city native and I support all small businesses in national city and it sucks to be treated like if your business isnt worth it. As for me lesson learned I will not be supporting this shop no longer due to their customer service. Wish you all the best of luck and I really hope that if it wasnt the owner then that the owner takes action and it looks in to it because as I could see I am not the only one complaining about...

Every single time we go there to order our order is wrong. We went a few times after because everyone deserves a second chance. The girl put me on hold for a few minutes comes to take my order has me repeat it twice then tells me hold on i need to write this down because it’s a lot. She tells me about 20 min. We ho pick it up about 25/28 minutes later. She hadn’t started the order. My husband picked it up so he comes home and we get 2 orders out of 3. We were missing one and the two we got were wrong. I called them very upset spoke with the girl and all she could say was o was busy had a customer in front of me and forgot the order. You want to come back for what is missing. I said you supposably wrote it down. No I don’t and hung up on her. I am definitely done with that place. Gave them too many...

Absolute waste of money, had to come here to rate because they must have the Uber eats option disabled. I never rate anything but I've never felt like I've been scammed out of my money so badly. I usually go to a fruit place on Hollister st which is FANTASTIC, but they weren't on Uber eats and figured it can't be too different. I spend nearly $40 (before Uber eats fees and tip) on three items sized small (what I get at the other place) and received a half empty container of fruit salad that was half honeydew (which I asked them to not include), and $8 strawberry with cream cup (also half-ish full) the size of a tall cup at Starbucks and tostilokos which they managed to not mess up.
