China Town Kitchen — Restaurant in Naugatuck

I made an order today and I had placed an order of a large fried rice, two orders of french fries with chicken wings, fried baby shrimps and a 2L soda. I had to repeat my order twice to a gentlemen and then a lady. When order arrived they gave me 2 orders of French fries and chicken nuggets (which I did not order). I spoke to the lady (I believed owner) and told her the situation and she wanted me to swap the chicken nuggets with the chicken wings her driver was going to deliver to me. But I told her I wanted money back and she kept asking me “Why” and I told her because I want chicken wings. She then said, “keep all food” and the driver was going to bring the wings. The driver came and he said “swap”, I told him lady said to keep it. He left without saying a word. I called again and lady now is saying that she said swap. I’m now very upset and told her I want my money back, she say “Why” I told her I don’t want their service. Driver came back to pick up order and he said the most disrespectful thing I ever had some one tell us. He said, “America always want free food!”. Well, excuse me but I have order numerous times here and this is beyond unprofessional of them. I did not want free food I just wanted my damn wings like I had ordered at first. I made no fuss about it when I called her but this is beyond disappointing of them!!!!! Will NEVER call...

I order from this place at least every week for the super meal which runs about $60 delivered to my house today I decided to order and requested a bottle of Coca-Cola for that is part of my order. When I received my order they decided to give me ginger ale And many different food items that I did not order as if they kind of bunch stuff together on their own. When I called to ask what happened the woman who answered, decided to argue with me and tell me the soda I paid for was free and not to complain because they’re busy First of all terrible customer service will never order from here again I spend $60 a week ordering from you. The brutal reviews are relatable to my own experiences. My wife likes the place and I have no idea why. The food has been okay in my own experience, nothing to recommend. I learned not to order seafood from a Chinese bodega, you will get almost nothing with your rice if you do. This place is no exception to the rule.

My personal issue is the lack of etiquette from whoever the hell picks up the phone when you call. Instead of a greeting, you get a lazy and robotic "pick up or delivery?". People who lack people skills need not work near phones. I recommend Peking Tokyo in Naugatuck. Better food, better customer service, better experience overall-- they actually sound like they enjoy what they do for a living. Get the robot away from the phone...
