A1 Pizza LLC — Restaurant in Naugatuck

We (my roommates and I) have been ordering from A1 for 6 years... at least 3 times a week. They have just gone from my favorite place although I wouldn't order the burgers, they're like hockey pucks.. well... they've gone from being my favorite to being the last place I would ever call. Its one thing when you order a pizza and its soggy and they don't offer to replace or credit it or shown anything close to customer appreciation but when all of a sudden, your going to tell me it costs a $1.00 to put the lettuce, tomatoes and onions on the side and not on the burger or that it costs a dollar for the lettuce, tomatoe and onion... I'm done. I been a customer of A1for 6 years because most of the time the food really is decent, but when you start to charge customers extra for something that's not extra and not willing to Accommodate someone who patronizes your restaurant for 6 year when they've received bad food.... it sort of puts a bad taste in the mouth. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a family restaurant that doesn't appreciate their customers family.

Besides... I checked out La Casa Pizzeria last week and they've got a much better menu and their food isn't bad at all. It might...

They messed up my order by giving me a chicken parm sub instead of the dinner (which I made a point to clarify since I was also getting a meatball sub) when I called to tell them they shuffled me around to 3 people, told me if have to pay for a new dinner and not get refunded for the sub and when I went to protest he hung up on me. My husband then called and said they can come take back all the food and give our money back because we will not do business with such a rude company. He was also shuffled around to 3 people before getting the owner and was screamed at and called names and was told to "go f* himself" before being hung up on. And that was from the owner! I will NEVER be ordering...

For 25 years, we have been taking care to offer the best and the highest quality to our customers. This is a baseless slander for which I do not know the reason. It is stated in the reports of the health authorities who come for inspection, that we are very sensitive about cleanliness. we make sure every single pizza comes out perfect, with nothing that will displease our costumers. thank you for understanding and we would appreciate it if you reconsider your 1...
