Dunkin' — Restaurant in Naugatuck

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location with Natasha. When I requested no foam on my drink, she snapped over the microphone saying, “There’s no foam.” However, when I received my drink, half of the cup was filled with foam.

When I showed her while emptying it out, she began raising her voice and told me, “That’s what happens when they warm the milk.” I tried to explain that this is exactly why I had requested no foam in the first place. Instead of addressing my concern politely, she continued to argue with me with a very unprofessional attitude.

After going back and forth, she finally remade my drink correctly, but the entire interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant. I expect better customer service, especially when politely requesting...

I never feel the need to leave reviews but yesterday was an exception. I’ve never had a problem with dunkin ever. But the girl working the drive thru yesterday later in the day did not say a word to me, was clearly pissed off at something else (maybe the woman in front of me who was there for quite a while, not sure what was going on). Normally when I pay they already have the coffee ready. This girl walked away for a long while, came back, handed me my coffee and did not say a word even after I thanked her. When I went to take a sip, it tasted like straight up liquid soap. Had someone else try it because I felt like I was going crazy and they agreed. Dunkin on rubber ave gave me a new one. Super...

Mr Canada here. So I frequent these parts of the US East coast often. And being a fan of Dunkin donuts, and unfortunately not having them North of the border, means only one thing, and that is double the enjoyment for this guy.

Now the awesome part was. I was informed that Dunkin donuts no longer carried their Steak n bagel deal, lucky me. Generally I am a picky eater. But when I had Mary & Anna not only direct me to what would be a good choice but also bank on it as a good choice. Well the rest is history.

Not only was the food Deelicious. Those gal's were super awesome as well.
